Spring Forest Qigong

Spring Forest Qigong

The practice of Qigong was a closely-guarded secret revealed only to a chosen few in the ancient time. Even now, traditional Qigong techniques can be very difficult to learn, requiring years of rigid discipline to master. After suffering from years of physical pain and emotional traumas, Chunyi Lin found complete healing in Qigong. He broke the ancient tradition and took the mystery, the rigid discipline, and the difficulty away to share it to the world.

Chunyi Lin created Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) to help everyone live a life of optimal health, wellness, and happiness. Anyone and everyone (regardless of ability, age, or beliefs) can practice its techniques to start their healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

SFQ believes that each and everyone of us was born with the natural ability to heal. Activate the Qi in our body is the first step to awaken the innate gift within. SFQ, we provide you with the knowledge, techniques, and support to help you do just that.

Thank you Master Chunyli Lin. How long are you supposed to cup the top of the head. Are you supposed to do it standing, lying down, sitting?

Sorry. But this was not very relaxing. I found her voice very annoying. Too high-pitched & sing song. Like a medium with a crystal ball. She seemed to have nervous energy moving from side to side when she should have been still. Quiet. And her movements were too fast. Not at all the slow fluid movements that I'm used to in practicing Qigong.

Minnehaha is a Native American woman documented in Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's 1855 epic poem The Song of Hiawatha. She is the lover of the titular protagonist Hiawatha and comes to a tragic end. The name, often said to mean "laughing water", literally translates to "waterfall" or "rapid water" in Dakota.
