@@natasa_tai in Greece they would look at you like an alien if you do it that way 😄 This is not “real frappe”. I ve worked many years in Greek coffee shop I can say it😉

@@nacx7333 Okay 👍 but at your greek coffe shop you have this super strong mixers that make really creamy foam. With the hand mixers you can't achieve as good results like the professional baristas. The foam will dissolve in a short time.

In Euro 2004... I've learned dozen Portuguese how to enjoying this coffee! I gave my entire packs in the hotel's barman! Hehehe... The FIRST vurb I learned in Portuguese was "Um coppa gelo por favor"... to have to fill the glass before the coffee! Hehehe!

😅 This is indeed, in particular for the german audience, an important information. Here in Germany they sell small milk mixers that are so weak that you can't mix the frappe right...

If you want milk you should add it just after adding ice cubes and before adding the final water. For a good taste and a rich body you should use thick batista milk or can thick milk instead of fresh milk

Best foam is made with a more powerfull table mixer. For a hand mixer the mixing should be done in exactly 10 sec and with a table mixer in 5 sec otherwise you will not get the wanted foam which is responsible for the taste. The foam should reach precisely the mid of the glass not lower or higher

If you want only one teaspoon you should use a smaller highball glass otherwise if you do it like the video you will end up with a watery unpleasant coffee with the sugar overtaking the coffee flavour
