Its been 10 months since youve released this video and its weird ive never had something like this its actually like making me depressed i want to play this so badly this was my childhood game that i learnt how to game on i used to cry when i couldnt finish levels and my mum who was never a gamer used to come help me get through them it would take her hours for just a single mission but it was our game and even all this time later im 22 and we still talk about this game it was some of my favorite memories with her it would make me so happy to try this version ive even shown my mum and she said straight away how do we play this and i just said we cant please please make there a way for us to play it 😭

Hello i like your video and if its possible, can you make a tutoriel featuring an equip clothes system with metahuman where the player character doesnt start the level naked but like you choose the first costume on the body and that combined with the ability to loot or find other costumes which you can equip and change with the starter outfit, that combined with an inventory UI to change the outfits from different costumes, I understand that my request is too long but it will help many developers so please work on it when you can Thanks in advance.

I'm having few problems with camera shots in one of my characters, I'm pretty sure if something related with the way narrative aim to the bones. But in any case, while I figureout how to solved it. It willll be nice to know if there its a way to setup another camera for special shots. Thanks.

Anybody having trouble with the character rotating I figured it out. go to your behavior tree on the left it says rotate to face anime click on it, then on the details panel it says precision underneath the node! Where it says precision put 1.0, I found out that makes the character turn smoother! I realized in the tutorial he doesn't show you how to do it, but I figured it out and you're welcome 🙂

I need like system to choose freely from couple choices (outfits) ****** Iam working on zombie Game With metahuman... You start as cop i made cop clothes for metahuman. And it work fine..... I remember using a breadcrumb based follow system circa 1996 or 97. I'd seen a friend playing Chrono Trigger with multiple party members, and I was struck with the way they followed each other. I wanted to see if I could do something similar in QBASIC. I didn't have pretty characters or animations, just different colored sliding squares, but the breadcrumb system worked very well. I even tweaked it to where the squares would slide around each other and around obstacles without overlapping.

Hey, Let me help you explain the DeltaTime it's basically trying to address the same problem that you mentioned so instead of like lets say every 10 frame, we will fire the bullet every 3rd of a second now every system runs the game at their own frame rates, so to differentiate the time elapsed, we generally take two approaches 1stly catch system time and add 0.3333... seconds to it, then in the frame where the system time exceeds that time, add 3 more to the time, fire the bullet once and move on. for the 2nd way I will take a different example, let's say we have a dynamic health-bar that when depleted or fills up, plays a tiny animation of that instead of directly adding to those values, now we would write the code in such a way that we will add/subtract a tiny amount every frame until we reach the new health value. Now the question comes, how would you know if you need to add 1 pixel of width every frame? or 1% of width? or some other value? because framerate changes for different players and systems. Here comes the DeltaTime variable, this variable holds a tiny fractional value (generally in seconds) denoting how much time the frame took to generate, this comes from a very low level of the system so it is very accurate, now here comes the timing, lets say we need the animation to complete in a set 2 seconds of time we will get the %age value OR healthmeter_change_value to be changed in the health-meter and add it in additive manner for next 2 seconds. emphasis on the work additive, how to calculate the additive amount? by multiplying it by the additive time the frame took hence: Delta_Healthmeter_change_value = healthmeter_change_value * Delta_Time add Delta_Healthmeter_change_value to the Current_Healthmeter_value every frame to achieve the desired animation 😄 Now add that value inside an if statement counting 2 seconds and after finishing 2 seconds, set the correct health value (because I did say delta time is very accurate but floating multiplications/divisions are NOT that accurate and may lead to tiny additive/exponential errors when the animation is finished, the user won't notice the first time, but it will be noticeable after a few iterations)
