This whole c1 thing is really drawing me in . Glad I've found your channel as I'm intending to build a c1 and let my friends share it and ideally enter one of the endurance races with it . Any advice or info would be much appreciated, thanks 🏁🏁
I take it the majority of the engine is stock too then? It’s quite impressive how such a small engine can perform so well when all that weight is removed. Even the entirely stock car is quite fast on its own, I love em
Yeah engine is stock except you have to send the ECU to organisers to get patched to the same spec as everyone else. It is insane how well they run and for so long!
Haha yeah for real, this was super useful because I've been thinking about converting mine into a race spec version once I'm done with it. I'm only getting a part ex/scrap valuation of £800 so I honestly think it would be so worth just getting a new car and then transforming the C1 into a little race beast to mess around with on trackdays instead of selling for a couple hundred
