My name is Mary Lenaburg, I'm an author and international speaker who encourages people to be brave one breath at a time. I love Jesus, my Grouchy Historian hubby, my awesome children, coffee and chocolate, sometimes not in that order. (wink). I am a lifelong East Coaster who enjoys ALL things fashion, fiction and food, selling Beautycounter and baking goodies to share with my friends.
My best selling book "Be Brave in the Scared:" it tells the story of my personal tug of war with God, learning to let go and trust Him.

Love your shirt Mary! My mother had us all over for dinner every Sunday There we’re four of us living in the area with spouses and grandkids. Now that she’s gone (age 99) we still get together at least on holidays!

Enjoyed this episode very much, loved the idea of thinking about why we collect what we collect, or why we don’t. I am a collector of yarn because I am an obsessive knitter! BTW I am of the before piercing guns era, so my ears were pierced at lunch break of the factory where my sister worked, with a long needle and a potato held behind my ear so nothing else would get accidentally pierced!! My mother feed a family of 4 with a can of Spam. She would slice it cover the slices with corn flakes and top each slice with a slice pineapple. Then oven bake them served with mashed potatoes and peas.😊😂 Dessert would be a can of fruit cocktail split 4 ways. 😂😂

Love it. You guys are doing a great job. It makes my day when I see a new episode available…. I will figure out Patreon when I have a moment. It is still true by the way. You qualify for nothing unless you are too poor to breathe. It’s unrealistic! So I continue to work as much as I can (down to 30 Hrs per week) I fill out paperwork non stop and I don’t dare leave California and IHSS we have here. But it’s a lot of work and effort and is exhausting. Thank you both for showing me the way as usual. ❤️
