  I just played rugby by choice and all my muscles are fucked, my hot ass Mrs is massaging my sore ass and legs helping my recovery to this music and it's blissful and relaxing, hope you fellas get through whatever your going through like me.

  Always belive life can change for the better, light always overcomes darkness, loss of the closest people you know , to alcoholism, depression, anxiety, worthlessness, thoughts that your not good enough, through all the hurt all the pain , there's happiness out there for everyone, even when you think things can't change for you they can even when you don't expect it, I was drinking since I was 17 to 34 , every single day , due to bullying, loss , feeling empty, from the age of 13 I struggled mentally to loss of my dad he sadly took his own life, My mum struggled to bring me and brother up but done what she could to the best she could, to a friend I knew she only 24 I knew her all my life , she sadly passed of diabetes, another friend who was tragically hit by a bus out of nowhere, my nan and grandad both I found my nan asleep in her bed after a long battle with parkinsons disease, and a lonely heart after my grandad s battle with hodgkins lymphoma, he died in front of me and my uncle holding his hand to say its OK to go you have fought long enough, my nan and grandad are somewhere together again now and we will see eachother again somewhere with no more pain , no more self doubt, mental and physical health matters , but just keep believing, I did and now I found the woman of my dreams who saved my life and showed me life is and can be worth living and fighting for never give up dreams big or small, appreciate what we have and live love ❤️ and belive, R.I.P to everyone who has lost loved ones live for now , goodnight everyone all the best for the future ❤ take care my wife has changed and saved my life ❤
