So the Arca mount is attached to the rifle block via the original two holes in the bottom of the block, The hand guard is attached to the Arca rail not the rifle so it drops 10/15mm and everything clears the shroud nicely, I’m using the standard polymer hand guard

All good, except you don't need to take those intermediate shots - just a couple at the end once you've got the BC correct. 1 - Put all your scope height / muzzle velocity etc etc data into the scope 2 - Zero at 25 yards on the bullseye 3 - Move back to 50 yards and, still aiming at the 25yd bullseye, shoot a small group (should obviously hit lower than the 25 yd group) 4 - Now range the bullseye, and see where the scope puts the new aiming point crosshairs 5 - Now, without firing, keep ranging and adjusting the BC until the scope starts putting the new aiming point crosshairs over that 50 yard group. Your BC should now be correct. 6 - Now range and fire at 50 / 25 / 15 / 75 etc yards - you should be spot on at most distances The above should still work if you're using an app and need to adjust the turrets of a conventional scope - you're just changing the BC to accurately get the crosshairs from the zero point to your new POI.
