  The head scarf is a necessary layer. Two bonnets however sounds like heat getting trapped under the shower cap, casuing sweat to produce on the scalp. Its like i can never win 😂😂😂😅😂😂😂

  I use two shower caps on a regular basis if its not hair wash day 😂 so definitely doing this with a silk press❤

  Even with this ridiculous process - it still often gets damaged by the humidity. Thats why I just love on my natural curls and keep it moving.
