Nice vid. To be honest with you, a lot of these things aren't terribly necessary to the core plot and themes of the story... I understand the need for in-world laws and logistical consistency, but sometimes the critique from fans goes too far, particularly in stories with worlds as dense as this. I appreciate the fandom's attention to the mythos and lore all the same. It's fun to dive into theoreticals and hyper-analyze the story, I just also think being left in the dark about flabbergast snugglefuzzle is not a point of criticism for the series haha

If Arcanine is a legendary, perhaps his "Alternate" Ninetails was also a legendary.......... Imo, the starting 3 are also legendary Pokémon. They are the first 3, and all Reptilian-esque. Jynx Lapras Fossil Pokémon Perhaps Blue's Raticate was lost during the boat sinking. That is why he shifted towards being a Pokemon caretaker. Bll's path may lead north, if you refer to a Pokemon regional map.

My guess of how a horcrux is made is through pain. I always belived Avada Kedavra was something to basically eject souls out of the body of a person. What i believe is that Voldemort used something similar to Avada Kedavera but it splits his soul into something biological or inanimate. He must have done this spell until he was just at his last bit of his soul left still leaving him as that disgusting baby thing he was in The Goblet of Fire until he came back in a newly changed body. I could be overthinking, but I believe that the Veil could have some help with this. But I'm not exactly sure.

If you think about it, there should be way more horcruxes in the world. Why wouldn't most evil wizards/witches split their souls as a backup policy. I get that was what made Voldemort so scary, but like that should definitely be a main thing most villains should do

the BIGGEST mystery is how an author with a following of millions upon millions uses her platform to spread misinformation & hate against trans people and regularly gaslights her opponents, while sicking her bigoted followers against truthtellers. She Who Must Not Be Named is the real villain and her sycophantic followers are the death eaters. you can't make this stuff up! oh wait.... she did with the HP universe..... it's pretty wild she can't see herself for who she is/has become. GREAT VIDEO THO!

For the charmander cubone thing, the one I lean towards is it's a charmander who's mother passed before the egg hatched. So it's tail never got lit and the altered evolution is tied to the lack of a flame. I prefer the kangeskhan theory myself.

What I love about this video is the massive amount of research, coupled with the lack of innate pokemon knowledge. Calling it Ar-Canine, saying he had to grind for it, it really is wholesome. So much of pokemon KZread is lifelong fans who have played every game 6 times through that just a nostalgic casual fan making a huge video like this because he loved that period of his life is so nice

About Lt. Surge and "the war": with Team Rocket being analogous to the yakuza (Japanese mafia) and much of Kanto seeming reminiscent of Showa era Japan, it can be inferred that Lt. Surge is an occupying American soldier. This would make "the war" actually World War II.

If you've never watched Rick & Morty, there's a pretty good time-travel episode, s4e5, "Rattlestar Ricklactica". The writers literally "shelved" the topic in the show. Literally literally, as in there's a literal box called "time travel stuff" on Rick's shelf. And Rick even makes meta comments like "that wasn't time-travel". Anyway, Dan Harmon is a pretty imaginative individual, and there's a reason he's avoided time-travel, and pretty much all of those are addressed in the episode. (Spoiler alert:) (You don't actually even need to watch the episode, most the time-travel stuff is in this 2:32 clip kzread.info/dash/bejne/eqmtuclweczbZNY.html It's basically the "traditional" time-travel, Back to the Future-style, for the snakes. It's full of flaws, leads to ridiculous "logic" and paradoxes. Rick has to fix this, goes "I didn't really want to do this" and then focuses really hard. He's reminding his future self to invent the proper machine and then bring it back in time to him. That takes him months, but he gets to skip that and have the ready invention brought straight to him. Rick is using the en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novikov_self-consistency_principle Novikov Self-consistency principle, which states that time travel to the past isn't impossible, as long as nothing changes. And THAT is why the type of time travel that Harry Potter has works. It's self-consistent. If you ever were to see yourself, it'd be hard to keep the consistency, leading to a paradox, leading to non-consistent time travel, meaning impossible time travel, meaning it couldn't happen, so one might imagine magically it would resolve itself by f*cking up your consciousness.
