This video was put up the day after the meeting was held. It is currently February 16, and the meetings from February 8th and February 15th have not been put up yet. Why are the 2/8 and 2/15 videos not yet here?

Could the videos put on this site please be improved? They should be shot in landscape format and with a closer point of view of meeting participants. This portrait video shows an excessive amount of the floor and the ceiling. I have been at meetings in this room where speakers have requested improvements! Older videos were created with better video quality... In addition, I don't see the names of the planning board participants here, can they be made more obvious? Adding comments to the video would help with that. The video also doesn't have captions or a transcript, if there is something that you can do to turn those on that would be appreciated!

The Irondequoit Bay Outlet needs to be fully accessible to pedestrians and cyclists 24/7 every day of the year! How about you figure out how to best make that happen? The bridge doesn't need to be as high as the 104 bridge...

No. This is a horrible idea for Webster. I don’t want it to smell like there’s a massive manure lagoon from a camp of soon to be killed calves the size of 80 football fields, which is exactly what Coca Cola plans to do in Webster.

This is the worst idea for Webster, the Greater Rochester Area. Dairy is going the way of the Horse and Buggy, the only reason Milk isnt 12 bucks a gallon is we Tax Payers subsidize this cruel industry. All males Cows when they are born are killed for Veal, insanity. We are in the beginning of Climate Change, Animal Ag.. Dairy are in the top 3 for the reasons behind Climate Change Transportation, Energy being the other 2. Dairy is a growth hormone to grow a baby Cow into an adult Cow, not meant for humans, doesn't grow strong bones, that's a myth. A big No to this idea.

847,000$ for rehab of that small site / structure seems like a bad investment to me! Is there an estimate to remove the structure and prepare the site for a small parking lot that could be used as a starting point for an alternative use such as say for Electric Vehicle charging? The area could sure use a level 3 charging area! Regardless of cost concerns, I prefer to see the structure removed because it obstructs visibility across that corner. The small public space at the NW corner of 5 mile line road and 441 shows what benefits that removing the building might have there. If there were a bid for the site at the next auction, what would the actual cost be for the new owner?

Interesting! As an avid cyclist who lives off Gravel up near 104, I see there's a lot of room for improvement in this area, and especially in terms of this process. My main interest is being able to bicycle to and from work in the City of Rochester in a safe and efficient manner. This area in front of the Firehall is among the most dangerous in my entire bicycle commute in my opinion.

The IJC touted that Plan 2014 would be beneficial to the environment and the impacts to the thousands of property owners would be minimal. It has been devastating to both the environment and property owners. This speaking from experience and having my home flooded no less than nine times and sill in the process of repairs from 2017 and 2019 events. Folks would like to see the data that truly supports any of these green initiatives that China seems to be exempt from participating in.

Very disappointed to see that the climate smart resolution was not passed, especially given the incentives municipalities can receive for participating.
