Yes whoever planted the corn deserves a thousand praises. It creates awareness for authorities to pay attention. Ghana is dirty and it look as if beauty is not in your mind. Every country cleans their median, why don’t Ghanaians do the same. The whole median is a shame to Ghana and the person is sending a strong message

That is a way of showing the government that, that place must be used for growing flowers as done in every country but here when we complete the construction of the road that is it. no sweeping of the road, no growing or flowers, then it starts growing weeds, so if somebody has come with this idea, it's laudable.
