    I have been doing this the same technique and this jerk coach keeps saying that it was a bad form, i told him why … and he keeps talking nonsense.. god damn it man!

    Screw crying about a little discomfort. Helps develop good strong character. Seems like a fairly inexpensive build, think ill do that soon. Cheers.

    @@joellanderson5137 I don't know. All I remember is The Sun, 45 degree celsius weather , the sweat and the sense of wonder when this is going to end.

    I go in next week! Did you do it exactly like this? I've seen videos where they said they had to kind of step outwards, instead of just walking in a straight line

    that means your spinal erectors are getting stressed quite a bit, which is gonna make em bigger. as long as your back doesnt curve, you should be fine
