  If it's google tv go to settings > channels and inputs > inputs > there is an option Tv auto power on (turn off) 👍🏻

  MI A series tv - go to setting- system setting- Power and energy - power on behavior- you can see TV option click on that

  Did you check the video and follow the steps if u follow it will boot the tv where it stop, I mean if u using av then it will boot to the AV, if your last input is Hdmi it will boot up into hdmi, Every Google tv OS is same bro try it.
