Hi great channel you got, great tips thanks, quick question for you if you could help me out, the line from the beer out post to Guinness tap how important is the length? When I use CO2 for regular beer I need over a better long to reduce foaming, I've got 75/25 Guinness gas ready to set up, just curious about beer line length, I've read 30/35 psi is a good serving pressure. Cheers

I've only attempted one Guinness clone, and it came out delicious but tasted overly roasted and intense, exactly like a Guinness Extra Stout. How did yours compare in terms of lightness?

If it helps, I am not using a nitrogen regulator, I use a CO2 regulator with a coupling to connect the nitrogen tube. Do you use a regulator for nitrogen?

Alright mate yes I carbonate the same way . If you are using the force carbonation method look at my video on force carbonation and go to the comments. I have put up more tips and tricks in them comments that I have found work better . Hope that helps if no feel free to ask . Also are you using a stout nozzle for the stouts as you need it for cascading . Cheers 🍻

Good afternoon, I wanted to know how you use nitrogen, I know you use a 75/25 mixture of co2 + nitrogen. My question is if you do it the same way as carbonating any other beer. I don't speak English, I'm using Google Translate. How can I contact you to ask you a couple more questions? I'm failing at the cascade when pouring the nitrogenated stout.

Another great video, Graham. I really want to try this recipe, but I'm still trying to figure out the best way to step mash it. With my system now, it's not really possible unless I go the decoction route. And then, accurate temps would probably be a challenge. I really need to build a recirculating mash tun with a heating element powered through a PID controller and then just add a pump. (I've always wanted to do that anyway) When I add all the prices together, it may actually be cheaper to buy a used electric system and just use it as a mash tun. LOL (I really like the speed of my propane burner) Anyway, Cheers!!! 🍻🍻 Love the channel!
