Teach For America

Teach For America

Since 1990, nearly 60,000 leaders have impacted millions of students as Teach For America corps members, many of them returning to teach in the communities in which they grew up. More than 84% continue to work in education or in fields that impact the communities where our students and their families live.

In communities across America, Teach For America alumni and corps members are helping expand access and opportunity for children. As a collective force-educators, advocates, entrepreneurs, policymakers, community members-we are committed to profound systemic change so that our students can create a better world for themselves and for all of us.

Become part of Teach For America and discover what’s possible.

    You could have a Commercial Pilot(single engine land & sea, multiengine land, IFR, glider), sport gyroplane, Flight Instructor (CFI, CFII, MEI, CGI-Glider), Remote Pilot, AGI/IGI-Ground Instructor, A&P aircraft mechanic, and Aircraft Dispatcher FAA licenses with an Embry Riddle Aeronautical University degree, and end up loading bags or delivering packages. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University degree cant land you a good job in the field of study.

    I think it’s even more racist to remove all black, native, and hispanic mascots from literally everything. But that’s the rich white lefts goal. Divide and conquer. Play the good guy, create societal divide, while removing all other races and inserting themselves.

    What do you think the indirect and subconscious effects of telling a collective of individuals that they are victims, and will be treated differently, if not worse than all others in their everyday lives? Have you ever heard of self fulfilling prophecies? Black Children would undoubtedly acquire more success and have higher confidence in themselves if they were never taught about the existence of slavery in America. Obviously, I'm not advocating for that, or any censorship of fact and history. However, my statement is none the less still accurate. Mull on that for a bit, and consider whether the current progressive and Democrat ideology and policies related to black Americans specifically are really having the positive results envisioned, or whether it's just filling blacks w subconscious feelings of inadequacy, misconception, and bitter resentment along with insecurity in social situations involving whites or another race? Going further, what would be the worst results of not constantly acknowledging and placing all accountability on those things would be? If they really were treated different or worse by others... do you think they wouldnt notice if not told so constantly? Do you think they would have not noticed the racism had not they been specifically told about it? Like what is the benefit of teaching afrocentrism to black students?

    Well, how do you suppose we teach our black children why they are treated differently from white children? The history is just as important as the present. We don’t tell holocaust survivors to forget about their history and to stop being victims.

  • @seanwallace89
    @seanwallace898 ай бұрын

    @@OriginaNaturalBeauty yes, we do... who's giving jews favoritism? Prove to me that black kids are treated differently by default and not behavior. Baltimore is all black run and children there do the worst. Black children struggle in school primarily cuz there is no father in the home... you know how I know that? Cuz I struggled in school and has nothing to do w my IQ and everything to do w my father not being present. I'm not knocking single mothers either... its as unfair to them as it is the child. They will gain the resentment of the child's subconscious cuz they are not mature enough to have empathy for their mothers. Fatherless homes have a devastating effect on children of all races
