  I suffered from really bad alopecia mid section and sides for years and even had nail fungus to add on that. Last year year moved to a really hot hot country (in africa) and i hated it.. weird thing my hair started growing my nail fungus almost gone and my skin oh my its so soft and smooth. My diet has changed too lots of spicy rich foods. I can't pinpoint what is causing the change but moving from shaved head to tying my hair in a pony tail ...im all for it

  The result is beautiful. I'd love to know how the alopecia zone evolved after the braids were removed. It would be great if you could do à video shhowing the evolution after several months wearing these kind of protective style.
