Hi guys long time no see ur both lookin well cheers for the blog
Hey Ivan. Hope you're well. We're not doing so bad thanks, just tired with work as it's peak season for us in aviation. Recently returned from Kardamena in Kos which will be our next vlog. If you really miss us then jump on the social media pages as we keep those up to date inbetween filming. Good to hear from you 👍🏽
I'm literally sitting down in the restaurant Hermes . Great beer and food . Thanks for the tip
We are very jealous! Say hi from us! Thanks for watching and letting us know 🙂
You’ve convinced me that Tokyo is not for me. I’m more into culture, history, food, art and the old flavor of Japan. I’ll keep researching western Japan
Hey Mitchell. Kyoto was probably the closest we got for culture with the 8 days we had. In fairness we wouldn't bother with Tokyo again either but we're glad we saw it. Thanks for watching!
@@ParksTravelGuide Thanks. That was my take on it.
1000th like here im heading to Rhodes at the end of august just wrote down some recommendations from this video thank you
Thanks Mo. Be sure to tell them Hi from us. We haven't managed to make it back to Rhodes since this vlog was filmed but we keep trying! We filmed on Kos the other week but that's the closest we've been. Thanks for watching 🙂
Can you kindly share the name of the man who owns the turkish delight shop
We are there now thanks to yr vid...2.50euto now but great location food etc
Minimum was €3.50 in Kos where we've just been filming. Fill yer boots! Have a good time
Open kitchen is nice ❤❤❤
It's only for certain things but it's great to see 🙂
This is new built right ?
It's a few years old
Thank you for sharing ❤❤
Thanks for watching Wendy!
This is fantabulous 😂😂😂
It really exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return sometime in the future 😁
This city looks very neat n clean
Some parts were very clean and some parts were a dumping ground but we saw past it.
Oh wow the price of your dinner, I think it’s so reasonable for two guests ❤❤❤
India is incredibly reasonable price wise. So much value for money ❤️
The food at the last part looks so amazing 😂😂😂omg food is da most important part in da journey 😂😂😂😍
That's exactly what we travel for! 😁
I saw those pink houses
Jaipur is stunning once you see past the chaos 😆 x
Very impressed ❤❤❤
Thanks Wendy 🙂 x
❤❤❤
Stunning place ❤️
How much it cost from maafushi to thoddoo?
The only prices we know are the ones we've shown. It's probably best getting in touch with the tour company shown in the vlog as they may be able to help you a bit more
Great video and super useful, thank you!
Thanks for watching ☺️
THE BEUTIFULL BUILDINGS OF MOGUL EMPIRE ,,,,,,,,
Absolutely. They are stunning!
Hi, What is the name of the agency where you took the tour?
I think we booked this on the marina outside the boat as they set up every evening after sailing. For any other activities including Rhodes we only use Mares Tours. We used them for a dune buggy safari which was really good fun but incredibly dirty!
👍
Thanks for watching!
You need to go to Dalyan town, a beautiful place
We wish we had time to explore it. It's a place we said we'd like to stay in future though 🙂
I"ll tell you what"s happened to Ao Nang, Krabi airport!, before the airport it was a quiet little village, the buildings petered out before the Mosque, there were no Indian restaurants and no tailors. Wherever they build airports along come the flotsam and jetsam, same thing happened to Koh Samui. Thailand is disappearing under concrete.
Couldn't agree with you more. Unfortunately mass tourism is ruining the true beauty of places worldwide as people try to cash in. You're lucky to be able to say you saw it in its prime. Thanks very much for watching!
“Ale Hop”. It’s pronounced ah. - leh. - ohp
Thanks Simon. Someone told us shortly after this went live. We know for next time. Haha! Thanks for watching ☺️
By the way, the "Mystery Gift" at the at the creepy vending machine corner is really about the weird, disturbing short story on the outside of the package, which is usually in the same style as those signs you looked up. The contents inside are just some cheap snack. Some of them even have envelopes attached with a continuation of the story. But even if you ask a Japanese person to translate the text, they will usually tell you that it barely makes sense. Some people think that whole location is really just a strange art installation of some kind.
It's definitely an interesting and unusual place. Thanks very much for your detailed explanation into it 🙂
What did I say Roy?
Absolutely amazing
We can't wait to go back!

Be croc aware Many have died white water rafting in cairns
We were made very aware that anything smaller than you wants to kill you. White water rafting is a little too exciting for us so we remained safe from the crocs 😄. Thanks for watching Kelvin.
Very helpful and comprehensive review of Discovery 2. We are booked to take a one week cruise on the ship in July. We had intended to take a two week cruise Far East cruise on the ship in March 2025 but this was cancelled due to security situation in Red Sea area. We wanted to test Discovery 2 and so replaced it with Ottoman Odyssey cruise - this will be our first proper cruise and am looking forward to it. Thanks for your excellent vlog.🎉🎉🎉🎉
Hey Paul! We remember reading about the one getting cancelled this year and it repo'd empty back to the med via Africa. This vlog is the Discovery and not the Disco 2. Hopefully you'll still have a fantastic time regardless of where the sea may take you. Thanks very much for watching and we are glad it helped.
Thank you so much for showing your purse and talking about prices! I’m planning a trip and today I was wondering if I can buy a cute purse there and what prices to expect. Greatly appreciated 🙏🏼
You are most welcome. Thanks for watching ☺️
Best video for help at everything guys 🙏🏻
Thanks very much. We are glad it helped 🙂
Great video. I was there 1986 thru to 1990. It sure has changed🙂
Thanks very much Roderick 🙂
The desert with the cheese init it’s called kunafa
Thanks Samia!
thanks for this vlog, we are thinking of booking Turkey for next year and looking at Mamaris or Turunc.
Hey Wayne. 2 very different places. In fact polar opposites. It depends if you like it quiet or you want everything on your doorstep. Either way, a Dolmus runs over to Turunç and back and boats as well. It's a bit of a journey by road though. To us Turunç is well worth a day visit but not for us to stay in. It's horses for courses though. Thanks very much for watching 🙂
Great video!
Thanks very much Jeff!
I was in Chiang Mai in Dec, 2023 with my son. Chiang Mai is my favotite place in Thailand. I also stayed there in 1968 for R&R diring the Vietnam War.
Definitely agree with you John. If we could buy something there we would. Thanks for watching!
Great video still not made are mind up about a cruise yet thanks xxxxx
Thanks Linda. Really appreciate you watching ☺️ xx
I’ll be travelling in 10 days mid June for 14 nights never been to turkey any recommended places also is there shisha avaliable that you would know about kind regards
All of our recommended places are shown in the vlog. As for shisha there are several bars that do but we haven't used them so we can't vouch for how good or expensive they are. It's best to ask around the bars when you are there on an evening as that's the most prominent time for them to come out. Have a great trip!
There are plenty of places that offer shisha pipes in Marmaris.
So, with the cave, you were meant to explore it when he dropped you at Railey (east). You go through the walking street, follow to footpath to railey West (past some hotel complexes, and then turn right at Railey West beach (there is a floating pier in front of you and Railey Princess hotel to your left).. walk towards the cliffs on the right (if you’re facing the sea) and eventually after passing some mangroves you’ll spot a path round to the right ..with a fence on the right (usually with monkeys on the top) and with wall/cave on your left. This is the entrance to the cave. The footpath follows through the over hanging cave (it’s open on one side the whole time) full of stalegmites. When you get to the end you’re at the best beach in the area - Phra Nang beach. Easily one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to and well worth sunbathing there for the day before either getting a boat from that beach direct to Ao Nang or walking back round to a Railey West. Hope this helps!! 👊🏼🥳 🇹🇭
Hey James. Hopefully these directions will help future travellers. It kind of threw us a bit being taken to the other side. We saw the cave last time so we weren't too disappointed on this trip. Thanks again for your detailed response and for watching 🙂
Love you guys ❤
We love you too Ranjeet! Thanks for your support x
I been there 2weeks ago amazing they tried still something hahahahhahahahahgag first costumer and like that hahahahah come to my shop best quality hahaha

@@ParksTravelGuide I was there first time and a been broke 😂
Yes but what's the exchange rate on that Sabadell ATM?
It auto converted on our revolut card at the bank rate. We never accept them to do the conversion as you lose out.
went all the time when i was younger and need to go to flamingo land for a day out
It's definitely changed over the years! Thanks for watching 🙂
Thanks for the vid!
Thanks for watching 🙂
@@ParksTravelGuide No worries, going on Tuesday so this has helped a lot. Do you think setting aside 2000 liras a day is a good amount?
@rkss2014 it depends on what the prices are like this year and how much you would usually eat/drink and where. It's personal preference so it's generally something we don't advise on. Turkey goes up in price year on year. This was filmed in June 2022 so expect some increases for sure. Unfortunately we can't confirm as we'd have liked to do this month as our subscribers have voted us to go to Kos instead of Turkey on our social pages. Hope you have a great trip!
@@ParksTravelGuide thanks for the response. I love Greece myself, went to Santorini last year and to Corfu. Amazing places. Enjoy Greece and safe travels!
@@rkss2014 no worries. We always try to respond to everyone. We filmed Santorini last year as it was the final stop of our 6 month trip called Destination Unknown. Lovely island and we managed to do it on a budget. We've been to Kos a few years ago but didn't film it as we hadn't started the channel then. Greece has a special place in our hearts. We've also got a Marmaris shopping vlog and a Dalyan day trip vlog on the channel if it's of any interest. Be sure to have an Efes for us and enjoy what Marmaris has to offer!
We loved Mariano's!. Stayed next door at the Sol Pelicanos and was over there all the time.
Definitely a must visit. We could smash one right now ☹️. Thanks for watching!
brilliant video guys loads of info
Thanks for the lovely feedback Peter and thanks for watching also 🙂
Those places looked amazing. Thanks for the Santorini guide. We’re going in 3 weeks time. You had me in tears too. Hope your life is good now
Hey Vanessa. You are most welcome and we are glad it's helped. In all honesty we've never really recovered and it's been just over a year now. Don't get us wrong we've still done trips but nothing like that 6 month one. Genuinely the hardest scene we have ever had to film as we knew we didn't do enough and had to come home. After the camera went off we were both in floods of tears for a good 30 minutes. Things will never be the same so it's sticking to the full time jobs until they can be similar. Thanks so much for watching and commenting xx
I am watching your video from Toronto, Canada. I liked your video.
Thanks very much. This was one of our first ever vlogs. Our latest ones are much better 🙂
What was all the smoke going into the air?
That's all the local rubbish that's taken to an area at the other side of the island near the prison and then gets burnt. We only noticed it on that particular day.
