  I came from a toxic unloving and emotionally unavailable family environment and I was the scapegoat to the family problems… my sister was the golden child and my parents and sister were nasty to me growing up but everytime I tried to tell them how I felt, I was labeled as the “narcissist one” and “a selfish brat” and they ignored me and I didn’t feel heard and my parents compared me to my sister a lot growing up and my parents labeled her as the “smart one” but my sister was arrogant, controlling, bossy, and rude but my parents would blame my sisters rude behavior on me and even my sister would blame me for her problems in life and growing up, my family members hardly ever apologized to me whenever they did cause me any pain, and everytime I did get an apology, it was usually a half hearted apology like “oh I’m sorry that you feel that way” or “you’re just being overly sensitive and seeking attention” …. I have not spoken to my family in 2 years and I moved to Ohio and lately I’m still hurt and angry about how unfairly I was treated so I kinda want my family members to suffer 10 times harder than how I suffered… I want them to finally feel the pain they’ve caused me all these years…
