The rhyme of "contusion" and "Suddenly Susan" is perhaps one of the best lyrical pairings ever.

I remember being able to sing along to this, kinda sorta, but now I can only sing the lower Brain Guy parts. No falsetto! Pwee poo.

First Observer There was a time, so bright and gay It seems like only yesterday When I held your brain in my arms Your adrenalin was like wine Sweet perfume was your endocrine When I held your brain in my arms But now your brain is gone and it's left an empty hole I gaze into your sockets but you're just a hollow skull I used to love a lotta Your medulla oblongota And your basal ganglia I remember we would stroll along your fissure of Rolando When I held your brain in my arms Second Observer I miss how we would float down your vestibular canal And how we would go swimming in your pons First Observer The music you would play us On your locus ceruleus Still tickles my neurons Now I'm sorry that I dropped you That I accidentally plopped you When I held your brain in my arms It caused a contusion When I held your brain in my arms During "Suddenly Susan" When I held your brain in my arms

2021 here -- "Suddenly Susan"!😂 Damn, this dates it...and me. I was just thinking the other day (...pandemic brain), does anybody else remember the episode of "Suddenly Susan" where Brooke Shields (newly-paired up with her boss), borrowed Judd Nelson's toothbrush, declared how scientists had discovered that our tongues are a hotbed of bacteria, then wildly scrubs her tongue with his toothbrush, handing it back to him? And the look on his face? I LOL-ed like crazy, back before that was even a thing. Ah, memories 👅🤭

Excellent classical hard rock, final stop. (using the label "metal" here is somewhat absurd. Metal should be restricted to noisy bands who aren't able to compose a decent melody, and compensate this with more decibels to cover their poor tracks. Hence: Iron Maiden is no "metal", but hardrock for ex.)

I was running through an empty street Turn the corner I could feel the heat I wore the look of a white face city boy Knew a knife was the only way For a kid living day to day Who cares for a white face city boy Raised in a hard town Nobody pushes me around I got trouble now I'm on the run Running, white face, city boy I was running through an empty night Just the sound of a lovers' fight And the feeling of the wind upon my face I was looking for a place to hide Scared and my eyes were wide No place for a white face city boy Live like a wild thing You can't tell me anything I got trouble now I'm on the run Running, white face, city boy MORE ON GENIUS
