  I bet Cuphead and Popeye came out around this time too. Very similar graphics. I've always found these old cartoons very funny. The funniest for me here was that pirate that just kept shouting "Har, har, har!" And body kept gyrating. 😂😂😂

  Cuphead came out in 2017. The Cuphead franchise originates as a video game, and video games didn't exist in the 1930s (the first video game was made in the 50s). Cuphead merely imitates the style of 1930s cartoons; it isn't from the same era.

  ここのコメント欄見ると、このアニメが作られた時代背景や、色んな国の宗教的観点から見た感想が学べて面白い。 初めこのアニメを見た時 海側と人間側どっちの立場から見ても“怖い”という気持ちが強かったけど コメント欄を見て踏まえると 己を過信し、他人を見下した行動を取ると、酷い目に遭いますよという教訓が含まれてるのかなと感じた。

  Interesante, muy interesante, semeja un animado de la época y lo hace muy bien pero hay dos detalles que hacen caer la farsa, primero en la batalla marina la ballena se transforma en un portaaviones y eso no estaba en la imaginación de nadie durante 1932, hasta una década después los norteamericanos lo pensaron y tardaron mucho en desarrollarlo, segundo los pulpos se convierten en helicópteros y eso tampoco estaba en el panorama socio cultural de la época, tardó otro tanto en aparecer, dado que esas dos cosillas no se encuentran en el momento ni de chiste el animado es falso, muy bueno, contemporáneo simulando ser viejo, no es la primera vez o la última, buena energía
