Ich hatte bei dieser Firma einmal eine andere Tour in Englisch gebucht, aber die Reiseleiterin sprach mit so einem starken Akzent Englisch, dass ich noch nicht mal die Hälfte verstand. Ich würde kein zweites mal hier buchen
I had booked a tour from Florence, but the guide, a woman, was so unfriendly and incompetent that I canceled a tour that had been booked in English. The woman spoke English with a very strong accent - I barely understood anything. I asked for important information (departure times and tracks of trains and buses) to be given to me in writing, but she didn't want that. She didn't even know where the train was coming from. She immediately got soggy. At the beginning of the trip she played inappropriate games with the guests and made us say "good morning" 4 times in Italian. Childish. Based on my negative experience, I can only say it's better not to book here.

My husband and I went on this tour for our one year wedding anniversary and we still reminisce about it! The castles are amazing and the lunch is absolutely spectacular (and includes unlimited wine!!). One of the best meals we have eaten in Europe, to date! No; I did this in the Bahamas in 2018. Can’t swim but they helped me into the sub and once I was underwater it was great! You’re tethered the whole time and there are folks underwater in scuba gear watching and checking on you the whole time. Plus you don’t go too far down so if something did happen they can bring you back up quickly.

The woman guide on night tour was very rude to me when she saw me resting my infant on the seat next to me coz we didn’t buy tickets for him, well I just put him on that small hard seat which he would anyways wouldn’t give damn to hold him firm on my laps n suddenly the tour guide started yelling ‘u can’t put him on the seat coz u didn’t buy his tickets!’ N there wasn’t a small sign of curtsy in her tone. Above all these buses r not AC coz when moved down Coz my baby was almost hit by a hanging branch upstairs while the driver was rushing into the tour so I decided to sit downstairs but it was so hot n I saw AC vents so I asked the driver for AC n she refused saying the bus is not air conditioned. WOW I give 0 to big buss for their customer satisfaction. Also the guide didn’t took us upstairs to the Lincoln memorial, she gave us 10 mins she spoke about the memorial just before the stairs n left for the group to follow. N rest other places were through the buss without hop on n off coz it was a night tour.we left the thought about the day tour in such horrible heat without AC with kids in unfriendly environment!
