The Oversharers Podcast

Welcome to the Oversharers Podcast. Our names are Kaltun and Hodo - life long besties with the added benefit of being cousins.

We believe sharing your personal story can be super empowering when shared with the right people. Our podcast is a space where you can open up and feel validated where oftentimes oversharing can make you feel ashamed, unsupported and misunderstood.

We unpack some wild stories from our audience and from Reddit - our themes are relationships, dating and everyday life. You can expect lots of energy, unfiltered girl talk and amusing outbursts. Make sure you are following us on TikTok and Instagram @oversharerspodcast for updates. Send you dilemmas to [email protected] and as always, overshare with your girls. We love you xxx

No sorry but it’s to much. If a husband would ask this from his wife we would all tell him he’s unrealistic or that he should have stayed with his mother. Feeding while sitting on his lap. Every time!? The things she’s doing are nice but you should spread that over time. And tbh, when it’s the other way around we would all jump him. How many times do women refuse intimacy or anything physical with their husband and we all choose her side. This is just to much, coming from a married woman. ‘She will never touch him again’… You all jump from 0 to 100. It’s not like that. She can just tone things down. Not every day has to be romantic. Why does he need therapy, why is it not her because it sounds like she is overcompensating things she missed. Let’s be real. You can have a romantic dinner on your own chair. Play freshly grounded or an other game, have a walk or even a drive, order desserts and ‘get pregnant’ afterwards. Watch a podcast together, a lecture, something. And even boring days can be amazing with the right person. Especially when it’s raining. She should give him the distance so he can give her things in return too. Sometimes my husband surprises me with a vacation or going to a restaurant or a gift. He also knows how much I love nature so he randomly suggests to go for a walk. But if I would be on his lip constantly he doesn’t even have time to initiate things. There are tons of ways to be romantic and if she lets him he will. He married her so he’s in love with her. With marriage it’s about balance and meeting half way from both sides. Once again, would it be the other way around we would have called him an animal, feel sympathy for her. I saw on instagram people are calling him gay. But we never call the women who refuse physical touch lesbian.

This is one reason I dont want to vote or live in England anymore this government is full of hyprocrites. As soon as the president of Iran went missing, died it was obvious he got killed and America/Israel was behind it.

About the comment from the amernaroshae Episode; I wanted my review to be constructive, not mean. I’ve been a fan since day one, and even when you don’t post new content, I rewatch the old episodes and vlogs. In the recent episode, the volume setting was off; I don’t mean that you were being loud, but the audio levels were different compared to previous episodes. Your energy is always engaging, and I hope there are no hard feelings. When I turned the volume down, it became inaudible. I appreciate your hard work and dedication. May Allah make all your duas come true. I apologize if my comment caused any upset. Sincerely, your Libyan Muslim sister 😊. P.S. I already deleted the old comment and appreciate the quality of your work and the time you put in 💕.

I’ve never come across anything online where there’s a good blend of jokes, laughs, pop culture, but bits of Islamic gems sprinkled throughout as well! Love that you sisters focus on Islam and protecting oneself from the Shaytan but in a funny and non-lectury way! That’s a gift MashaAllah! May Allah put immense barakah in your podcast and all that you create. Ameen! ❤️

Islamically the man is soo wrong for not telling his friend what he was doing was wrong and when he was sharing "private moments" he should have blatantly refused to know anything or see anything. I don't understand how someone can disrespect their wife's privacy like that your not just putting her down she's your honour you should be protecting her. I'd never talk about my sister in laws like that when someone gets married into your family their respect and honour is your respect

I feel so sorry for that girl- she was literally married off at 16 in order to sort out this 23 yrold man as if that's her responsibility or she had the mental maturity to deal with him. he was then physically abusive and she kept saying all these nice this about him? i hate to know what her childhood was like if she considered being married to that man nice

I think the guy should tell her anonymously what her husband did, and the friends should’ve said something and his silence is complicit however I’m glad he’s changing his ways and stuff…and I think the widow should just live on her own and find her own voice and her sister in laws literally shouldn’t be worried about their husband/the girls brothers finance like it comes from Allah and I’m acc mad about that. Let the girl live and figure her life out and grieve. And I think he should tell the brothers and yes stay away.

Y’all having this convo is so funny to me. My husband said “Baby!!! Stop whatever you’re doing because your shoulders are HUGE!!” 😭😭😂😂😂 I think of it randomly at times and laugh to myself. I LOVE lat pull down but you guys have a point… the reason you see Lat pull down when searching for how to get a small waist is because a small waist is an illusion; you widen the shoulders to make the waist appear smaller but it’s not.

I hope he he changed his ways and not indulging haram behaviour. The wife has been through a lot. I feel for her since the age of 16 she has been through so much. Her parents just giving her away to anyone without even checking. 58 year old man with 26 is just madness.
