    So why would I need a accsoon ? I’m confused the only reason I’m seeing is to charge the phone at the same time

  • @PhilipBlank
    @PhilipBlankКүн бұрын

    That’s the best point, I don’t think you do need the Accsoon! If you have a Sony compatible camera and USB-C iPhone 15 Pro this should work, though I don’t know which cameras this would work with. I was about to buy an Accsoon so I could do this exact thing but didn’t want an extra device to deal with and just plugged it in and it worked. I’ve used this for several hours of filming so far. I charge the phone up before use as it does drain battery rather quickly with the iPhone screen on full brightness, but it keeps the camera mostly charged up. I carry a Anker Battery Pack in my camera bag to quick charge my phone if it get’s lower.

    in order to get to the 8s, you need to have ordered the 1 seat demon with rear seat delete, and also the carbon fiber wheel package. And even then, you would need negative DA and a perfectly prepped track.

  • @PhilipBlank
    @PhilipBlankКүн бұрын

    Haha yeah the massive asterisk on all the times, you’re shaving a decent amount of weight with the seat and bench removed, and getting that rotational inertial mass reduction for a faster spin with the carbon wheels. All you have to do is drag race in Death Valley on a highly prepped glue in the cooler weather, remove all the seats and extras, fast for a day to reduce body weight and you’ll be set!

    Great technical description, I should have found your video before I had to call wyze , over an hour on the phone and they didn't solved the issue about wire missing , I knew I had the wires correctly and even ohm them to make sure, I figure it was something with the thermostat firmware or configuration in the software , after I reboot it and removed it form the app several times , it finally worked , thank you for a great presentation , good job 😊

    In many Asian and Euro countries there are slightly larger versions with 1-1.5L engines that have been based on extended Daihatsu Hijet, Mitsubishi Minicab and Suzuki Carry like Piaggio Porter, Daihatsu hijet UK version, Daihatsu Hi-Max, Suzuki Carry or Landy 1.3L and Chinese/Taiwan Versions of all kinds. Many of them are fine for longer distances, 18-24km per L and turbo models are as nimble as hot hatches to 100km/hr. Best of all you can park and navigate anywhere unlike the SUV and larger vans.

    What I am interested in, is what happens after your hot tires have been parked on this product? Does it damage or discolor? Also, what happens when you turn your wheels while parked on it?

  • @PhilipBlank
    @PhilipBlankАй бұрын

    Great question! And nice initials haha. Honestly I’ve been super impressed with the lack of wear on them! The gray and black have not shown really any damage, it’s up in the 90-100s here in the summer and it has a Tacoma, and Highlander in and out of it. If you look super close you can sea some rubber debris on the surface that rubs off, but definitely no sticking or damage from the tires. The cars are mostly straight in and out when some turning while backing a car in, so I don’t have much info on if you did a larger room where you are actively turning around. I am planning to do a 2 year review on it, personally I still love it for how I use my garage and plan to install it in my next house even if I do an epoxy floor.

    Been using these batteries for several years now and have some updates: -1: They are still working and I use them in many devices so I still recommend them, but not for everything. - 2: Do not let the sit dead in storage, if the lithium drops below its minimum state, you might brick the battery. - 3: Shop sales! I’ve not purchased any at full cost, I only pick up more when they have sales going to make it more cost effective. -4: Only use them in reliable devices you won’t loose, I have them in scales, door locks, RC Controllers and night lights. Some devices like my car’s flashlight I use reusable. -4: the AAA batteries capacity really is not great compared to a normal battery. I use them in a headlamp but only when I can keep topping them off. For a longer trip, I use standard batteries. Hope these help!

  • @PhilipBlank
    @PhilipBlankАй бұрын

    Dude sorry to hear that! I had 2 batteries that did that recently, I let them sit dead for several months and when I went to charge it, they would not turn on. I did some weird things like putting them into a block that held them in series and then charging them, one got hot so I do not recommend this, and also letting it go onto one of those little Apple old cube chargers. You want to find one that is not a smart circuit trying to communicate and just putting out the voltage. After a long time sitting on the charger they started to take a charge, now I’ve learned to never let them get below their minimum charge or you risk bricking them like any lithium battery. Maybe reaching out to PaleBlue they could give suggestions or warranty them, definitely don’t try what I did or you run risk of a lithium fire.

    Most trucks on the market that claim to be 4X4 or off road trucks are actually not very capable. They don’t have hardly any under body protection and they don’t have locking diffs. It’s a marketing ploy. Without at least having rear lockers, you’re only going to have two wheel drive in slippery situations, one wheel spinning in the front, and one wheel spinning in the rear. This truck is a work truck with plenty of under body protection, rear lockers, and a helical gear limited slip rear differential. It’s definitely fun off road, but when you have to tow a heavy load through mountain trails, up and down muddy and snow covered roads, or across any uneven terrain, this truck will out preform most any other truck in those situations.

    Happy to help! Just trialed to validate, in photo mode, if you switch the remote from “Dot” mode, past “2” mode down to the “Video” mode, nothing happens when you press the shutter button. It’s like putting the remote into lock for the shutter bottom, AF button still functions the same though.

  • @kernzilla
    @kernzillaАй бұрын

    @@PhilipBlank wow thanks for prompt reply! This is interesting, so in mode “2” it’s essentially holding down the shutter? This is actually useful to know, there are times the intervalometer 1 frame/sec is too slow, and this would be useful for some remote cam work at 3-5 fps on low continuous (if that makes sense). Have found shooting CRAW in this mode is nearly unlimited buffer, and very useful if you need 2nd cam shots of a specific highlight of event, while shooting tight on primary camera. Appreciate the input sir, you’ve got yourself a new sub 👌👌

  • @PhilipBlank
    @PhilipBlankАй бұрын

    Oh wow thank you, I’m just happy to help! But sorry if I caused confusion, as I showed in the video, you have to select the drive mode that shows a remote, so either of the last two options in the Drive Mode menu on the EOS R. “Dot” switch position on the remote functions as the instant shutter button in either of these remote drive modes, but the “2” mode uses either the 2 second or 10 second timer, based on the drive mode you selected. Sadly you can’t hold the shutter button on the remote in either mode to do continuous shoot, at least on this camera. You can only spam press the shutter button on the remote to get a shot about 1 every .5-1.5 seconds, there is some latency. Maybe on the newer cams you can run continuous shooting by holding it down but I am not aware. You can also use the remote for bulb mode to open and close the shutter for long frame photos. Hope that helps clarify!

    A lot of money for a truck you can't get in Mega cab or 8ft bed or larger capacity fuel tank or front sway disconnect or front locker. And you can't get it in a 1 ton 3500 either. It is a nice vehicle but I'll end up buying one with under 30k miles on it a whole lot cheaper in very good condition. Or I'll buy a new Ford XL with long bed and off road package and winch with much higher payload and fuel tank. For about 60k brand new 69k if you want diesel engine. You can also get the Ford with lower gearing for towing and off road.

  • @PhilipBlank
    @PhilipBlankАй бұрын

    That's the truth! Trucks can be nuts expensive. Really now a-days you pick your needs and set the budget. Everyone has better or worse on specifics, but thankfully there are so many options you can find the brand that has the exact specs for your needs. Personally have never needed an 8 ft bed, but I am a fan of the larger cap fuel tanks.
