These are the best Fujinon lenses for me to use on my Fuji X-Pro1 and X-Pro2: 16mm f/1.4 23mm f/1.4 23mm f/2 56mm f/1.2 50-140mm f/2.8 16-55mm f/2.8 I normally use the two zooms as backups to my four primes.

Inverse square law: intensity varies inversely as the square of the distance. I. e. If you multiply the distance x 2, then light intensity varies by 1/2 squared = 1/4.

Thanks for the video. It needs an update. Also for its vintage I was surprised not to see any Markins ball heads. Also not sure what is being shot but there were no Wimberley gimbal heads or leveling bases from RRS. Take care.

Would an umbrella also work with tungsten movie lights or would they be too hot for umbrellas to work?

Great vid. I think the tripod tends to be the most neglected part of a professionals kit. But just a brand that wasn’t represented here that seems to be the best of the best is ProMediagear. I have their 424 series because I shoot video and photo and the build quality is even a step up from really right stuff, as is the pricing. But I operate on the philosophy of buy once, keep forever.

An odd amount of aperture blades will double the amount of sun " spikes". So a lens with a 7 bladed aperture would give 14 sun "spikes". An even amount of aperture blades just gives you an even amount of sun spikes, there's no doubling of the sun spikes. No idea why it works like that, it just does. I also believe straight aperture blades can work better than curved aperture blades again not sure why.

Yes, I have also run into the depth of field problem with my Canon RP. I have to use a smaller aperture, which means I put up the ISO. So I buy an f1.8 lens and have to use it at f11. And at 3200 ISO! What does that do to image quality? I am considering selling the RP and going back to my 100D. May get a 250D.

Can you help me with speeding up my video. I taped myself drawing and want to render it faster and then create an audio file over it, like many of the bullet journal art videos and drawing videos, but when I tried to render it at 60 fps, no change, and I also tried 120 fps, and it still doesnt' speed it up. What am I doing wrong? thanks

What's a speed light and/or flash? Is that a light that flashes in seconds? Why wouldn't you use a normal light that doesn't flash? Wouldn't you be worried the flash is going to go off and your not ready with your shutter button?
