  Avocado oil is a carrier oil. Good in itself, but not enough for hair/beard growth. Try peppermint oil instead, the main ingredient in almost all beard growth serum out there. You can dilute peppermint oil in avocado oil, or castor oil which usually much cheaper.

  get a pop filter for your mic theyre like a couple quid and they stop the 'p' sound explosiveness so your audio sounds better gl mate

  My hair is 30in long. Been growing it for 7 years. I wash it everyday, eat a Mediterranean diet and lots of berries. Never wear a hat, i use warm water and a dryer and castor oil twice each week. Im 63.
