    Styles do make fights. Unfortunately in this fight only one thing matters, nobody has ever returned from 5 years out of the ring to successfully perform at an elite level and become a world champion again, Gvozdyk is not Ali, at benavidez is too busy active, volumeous, physically strong, and purposely hurtful. Probably the worst type of opponent one could face after such a long hiatus and only three turn up fights. Only one of those tune-ups had a pulse. And old Alexander did not look good against him

    He looked visibly gun shy, and like a shell of himself against Bolotniks. Definitely not the same guy that stood in front of Beterbiev, getting in 50/50 exchanges like a psycho.

    Good analysis I saw it. Cobb’s iq was very good. That fast counter left hook was going all night connected once. Cobb also kept going away from the hook as a south paw which worked all night. Broner had no adjustment. Saw a flash of his previously quality but the light is out.

    Matias does have some flaws I mean he really just walks towards with his guard being his best defense, and he still makes big power punches quit so if paro can counter him for a few rounds then he'll start to wear down and start to brawl with him. That's something I noticed all his fights turn into brawls because they know they can't just box him and counter without getting tired and get broken down even more painful and slowly, Matias only loss was to someone that brawled with him but that was also a lesser version of himself. So great points Fout in the end sometimes it doesn't matter when a guy has a chin like that lol.

  • @BaronEvola123
    @BaronEvola12319 сағат бұрын

    Paro has zero chance in this at this stage of Mathias' career. Jambulayev pasted Mathias with flush, heavy combos time after time and Mathias walked right through them. Paro is a solid counterpuncher with a good check right hook but does not have the power to cause Mathias trouble. 6 rds. tops.

  • @FoutsBoxingTheory
    @FoutsBoxingTheory10 сағат бұрын

    well, unless Paro Hits and runs. I think Matias lacks traditional counter punching skills, and there are gaps to exploit this on the scorecards.

    @@FoutsBoxingTheory Paro can hit-and-run like Shakur, but from what I've heard, Matias is good at cutting off the ring. I think Matias wins by KO.

  • @FoutsBoxingTheory
    @FoutsBoxingTheory9 сағат бұрын

    @@nr3157 I think I talk about this in the video, but he doesn't have a sharp pendulum step to cut the ring off with. He does it quickly by walking, but not "well". If Paro Shakur's it, he COULD steal some rounds and most interestingly, create the actual blue print that people will follow next time.
