    Booker T. Washingtons dinner invitation to the White House in 1901 was completely bypassed. No mention of it. Washingtons dinner at the White House caused an uproar. And it would be thirty years before another black person was invited for dinner. Why was this story not mentioned?

    TR's mother Martha Bullock was one of the inspirations for Scarlet O'Hara in Margaret Mitchell's Gone With The Wind.A Southern Belle from Roswell,Georgia who retained her loyalty to the Confederacy while married and living in NYC during the Civil War.

    My history teacher showed us this video my junior year of high school. At that point, I was indifferent to history. But this documentary opened my eyes to Theodore Roosevelt and his amazing accomplishments. He became my hero. And I've been a history buff ever since. I owe a lot to my teacher, Roosevelt, and PBS.

    NYC removed the Teddy Roosevelt statue that was outside the Natural History Museum. They are destroying America and its history slowly. Look at how our culture is deteriorating. So sad. this is why we need to appreciated videos like these.

    @@davidparks6089 doesn't mean it's not true that the Sculptor selected him above other possible presidents because of the timing, pretty good argument could be made that the sculpture was inspired to be created the monument principally to memorialize Roosevelt especially. Two things can be true at the same time

Having gone through so many experiences in my nearly 64 years, I still rely on Occam's Razor: The simplest answer is usually the correct one. That has always had "the ring of truth" to me.

    Geoff Rowley's part has been cut. It's not present in this upload.. He gapped the L.A river, if I recall. Consider the back 360 roof gap a warm up.

    I've been searching for this for years. But didnt know the name. When I was Rowleys segment at the time, it was just the roof gap.

    @@dragster9070yes it was. I remember ordering this as a kid pretty much because of Geoff as I was a die hard fan. His segment was definitely in the PPV. It was one of the shortest segments as he landed it pretty quick.

    His trick was the roof gap. As he landed it pretty quickly it was a very short segment compared to others. I don’t remember the LA river gap being part of it. I remember ordering this in PPV as a kid.

    I attended the Gary Semics Moto cross school in the 90s with my friend Dan. It was in Southeastern Ohio at Vic Sutek's house. Vic was the owner of Rorick's motocross accessories if anyone from that part of the country remembers that store and those stickers.
