I am ElectroPsychosis (formerly known as DishLive), a restaurant dishwasher, Receiver, and Prep Cook that loves the challenges I face in my line of work.
Electric skateboarding is my Psychosis. I enjoy destination / location rides made possible with the boards, and documenting the adventures along the way. Photographs of the boards along with ride locations can be found on Instagram with its respective 9:16 aspect ratio (vertical) ride video. Here on YT, the focus will be videos only, mainly 16:9 (horizontal) aspect ratio.

You are good but also very "extra" chef at the restaurants i worked would be pissed if I slammed dishes like that

Five flat tires on this ride… I brought six tubes. That’s all four tires one time each, and the front left tire two times. Off(roading) to a bumpy start, almost went down on the gravel path. A note about the Relive App, which I always try to include… it’s actually very rare that I purposely don’t include it to “hide” the ride location. Usually what happens is it malfunctions, which was the case in the original “Tunnelz” and “Tagz II” videos, connection lost somewhere in the tunnels. When I get it to come back, it draws a straight line from A to B, so I have to scrap it.

Yes, if I don’t have a partner. I use a large cart to take all the dishes to the line cooks, or they will start yelling for plates.

Everything goes into the dish machine, which washes with detergent at high temperature. That is step 2. The video shows step 1, racking and spraying, which helps step 2 to work more effectively.
You can tell people never work in a restaurant. you think he just spraying off the dishes and putting it back on the line for the cooks. without a dish crew a restaurant will not last

What is the purpose of shaking the tray as you spray the plates? I've put away dishes when someone was going this fast and about 20% of them were still dirty.
Moving the rack around to help loosen food particles on the plates, at least that’s what I hope. This dish machine itself is very bad at cleaning the plates and pots. It’s 90% prepping - scrubbing and spraying before entering the machine for everything to come out clean. That’s why I use so much water during spraying. 🚿
Where do the trays go when you push them off to the side?
Into the dish machine, this one was a tunnel machine.
@@electropsychosis Thanks for answering! I'm sorry, I'm not familiar. How on earth do they go through so fast? You're putting in tray after tray after tray so fast, how does it keep up? And who takes the trays out at the other end?
If I don’t have a partner, I will stop washing and unload the racks myself. It’s very common actually when restaurants are short staffed or trying to watch their labor costs. In those times when I have to unload the racks, I cut the video until I return so it’s better for the viewer. Thank you for watching. I appreciate it.

Rolling slow and staying low. No way I was backtracking where I went in, the rain followed me down, and there was too much water in here. Found a spot to exit midway, just had to take the wheels off on one side.

Thanks bro. I appreciate it. I'm a chef for the Cinci Reds and it's a self serve type kitchen (players serve themselves) and we have one dishwasher employed. I always make sure to thank them too and we cover for them when they need a day off.

Bruce would say be like water, but why not make it love - everything you do, from within out, the greatest vibe neverending. An unprecedented first for me with the Kaly XLR since having it… these tires are absolutely sick. The ride is softer, quieter, with traction improved dramatically. But the kicker isn’t solely the off-road application, it’s utilizing tires with thicker rubber due to its knobs, so it will last longer regardless of terrain type.
CAN YOU please tell me what board is that and what speed you can reach THANKS i am a new sub 😁
The brand is Kaly, the model is XLR, but not producing boards anymore. I have reached about 45 MPH. Not exceeded it yet.
Not my primary spot now, but I don’t mind covering. I really enjoy it.

[DESCRIPTION TRIGGER WARNING] About eight, got dropped overnight with a guy my parents didn’t know as well as they thought. My dog was put down during this time as well, remember screaming in the driveway when the van came to take him. After that, I never wanted a dog again. Returning decades later to try to find this place with just a few memories of the area.

Maintaining this pace for miles, motors were real hot. Best way to describe, for me, the brakes get hit suddenly and unexpectedly. Enroute to a destination / location ride.
