    Get in!! 💪🤓 This is one of the exercises my physio recommended to help fix my elbow pain, and generally help to prevent getting other injuries in the future. It's humbling, but I'm already feeling the benefits! 💪🤓🤸‍♀️

    Я поттягиваюсь но блин широчайшую нечуствую спина да.и дошол до 10р больше никак да друними хватоми есть прогрес широким 10 и всё хочу упрожнение дома на широчайшую бл незабивается и всё как забить блин мне 35 мож всё 3 месяца как подхожу к турнику начинил 3 р
