Turn on the subtitles If you like the video please like share and comment ▶Ingredients for 10 -11 cookies 200g unsalted butter 150g white sugar 80g brown sugar 1 L egg 1 tsp vanilla 260g flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp soda pinch of salt 150g dark chocolate ▶Method : In a bowl, mix butter with white and brown sugar and salt and mix well until a smooth paste Add an egg and mix until combined Add vanilla, flour, soda, and baking powder, and mix everything well until you get a dough. Add chocolate and mix until combined, do not over-mix. With an ice cream scoop, divide the dough into 10 - 11 parts. freeze the dough for 25 min. preheat the oven to 180C / 356F. Divide the dough into 2 pans, each baking pan with 5 cookie doughs ( make sure they have enough space. bake for 13 min. While it's hot add some chocolate on top of each chocolate cookie. let them cool down before you touch them. Chocolate cookies are soft inside and crispy outside, which is why we bake them at high temperatures.

    The full recipe on my KZread channel 200 g all-purpose flour ¼ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon poppy seeds 85 g oil 210 g granulated sugar 1 zest of a lemon 3 large eggs at room temperature 150 g full-fat sour cream at room temperature 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon lemon juice LEMON BUTTERCREAM 200 g butter at room temperature ½ zest of a lemon zest 330 g powdered sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 tablespoon lemon juice Poppy seeds for decoration 3 lemon slices cut into quarters LEMON POPPY SEED CUPCAKES Preheat the oven to 160ºC/ 320ºF conventional oven and line the cupcake tray with 12 cupcake liners in total. Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds. In a mixing bowl, or using a hand mixer, add the oil, sugar and lemon zest and mix it on medium/high speed for 1 minute. Add the eggs one at a time into the mixture and mix on low until combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue by adding the flour mixture, continuing on low speed, mixing until just combined. Add the sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract and mix until just combined, make sure not to overmix the cake batter. Using a spatula, give the batter a gentle fold to make sure all of the ingredients have combined. Divide the cupcake batter into the 12 cupcake liners and bake them for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let the cakes cool on a cooling rack. After 5 min, gently remove the cupcakes from the cupcake tray and let them cool down completely. LEMON BUTTERCREAM Mix the butter and lemon zest in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer for 4 minutes on medium/high speed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for an additional 2 minutes. Sift the powdered sugar. Add vanilla extract and lemon juice. Whippe until fully incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and give the buttercream a final mix for 2 minutes. Add the buttercream to a piping bag with a star piping tip. I used 2D wilton Cut 3 lemon slices and then cut them in quarters. Sprinkle cupcakes with poppy seeds and place a lemon quarter.

Please like, comment, and share:) INGREDIENTS: 160 g all-purpose flour 200 g granulated sugar 2 tablespoons zest of orange 50 g cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 120 g sour cream at room temperature 120 g orange juice at room temperature 75 g oil 2 large eggs at room temperature 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract ORANGE CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM: 160 g orange dark chocolate 30 g heavy cream 30 g orange juice 290 g powdered sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 150 g Unsalted butter cool at room temperature 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract FILLING AND DECORATION: 12 teaspoon orange jam 1 orange, sliced and cut into quarters INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 160ºC 320F 2. In a large bowl, add all of the dry ingredients including the orange zest 3. Give it a stir, and make sure everything is combined 4. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients 5. Mix until all the wet ingredients are combined 6. pour the wet ingredients into the dry while stirring it all together 7. Make sure there are no lumps 8. Divide the cake batter into the 12 cupcake liners 9. bake for 20-25 minutes until the toothpick is clean 10. Let the cupcakes cool in the hot pan gently remove the cupcakes from the cupcake pan and let them cool down completely Let's make the cream: Chocolate: 1. Melt the orange dark chocolate 2. Add the heavy cream to the chocolate 3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, check, and mix every 30 seconds 4. add the orange juice while stirring it into the melted chocolate Buttercream: 5. in a clean bowl 6. Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder and set it aside 7. In a clean bowl cream the room temperature butter for 4 min 8. Add the melted orange dark chocolate and mix it in until combined 9. Add the vanilla the sifted powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in 3 portions 10. Mix on low speed 11. Transfer the buttercream to a piping bag ( I used 2D Wilton) 12. Use the end of a piping tip to dig out the core of the cupcakes 13. Add the (any) orange jam in the middle of the cupcake 14. Pipe the buttercream on the cupcakes. 15. Decorate with Orange slices

    INGREDIENTS: ⚫TIRAMISU CUPCAKES 150 g all-purpose flour 50 g almond flour ¼ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 70 g butter at room temperature 200 g granulated sugar 3 large eggs at room temperature 150 g sour cream 12-18%, room temperature 2 tablespoons oil 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder ⚫MASCARPONE BUTTERCREAM 200 g butter 100 g mascarpone cheese 360 g powdered sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste Cocoa powder for dusting Preheat the oven to 160ºC/320ºC conventional oven and line a 12-cup cupcake tray with 12 cupcake liners. Sift all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set it aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the butter and sugar and mix it on medium/high speed for 3 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time into the mixture and mix on low until combined. 3 large eggs Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue by adding the flour mixture, continuing on low speed, mixing until combined. Add the sour cream, oil, and vanilla extract and mix until combined, make sure not to overmix the cake batter. Use a spatula, and give the batter a gentle fold to make sure all of the ingredients have combined. Add ½ of the batter into a separate bowl and add the instant espresso powder. Gently fold it together with a spatula until the instant coffee has dissolved and combined into a smooth batter. Alternate by adding a bit of each of the two batters into the 12 cupcake liners and with a toothpick swirl the two batters together. Bake them for 20-23 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool on a cooling rack. let them cool down completely. MASCARPONE BUTTERCREAM: Take the butter and mascarpone out of the fridge 10 minutes before starting. Cut the butter into cubes and sift the powdered sugar. Add the butter in a stand mixer and mix for 4 minutes on medium/high speed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for an additional 2 minutes. Add the mascarpone, and vanilla paste, and mix it together with the butter for 1 minute on low speed. Add the powdered sugar and mix for another 1 min, until all combined. Add the buttercream to a piping bag with a big round piping tip, (Wilton 1A) Pipe the buttercream on the cupcake. Finish it with a dusting of cocoa powder.
