I view it as a positive, you have experience in retail now and can work for a different brand that is more inclusive. Brandy Melville doesn’t even care about customers, not sure why anyone would think that they would care about employees. With our society progressing the way it is, Brandy Melville is becoming less and less popular due to that lack of inclusivity. You’re better off looking for a new opportunity. I wish they had given you advance warning though.

I think it’s worse for the pimples depending on the product Toner and cleanser are good for pimples Moisturizer and sunscreen are bad, and can cause them to grow

How did they choose “violence against it’s employee ls today”? Layoffs happen, sadly. It’s about profit margins. That’s why they even have a business. Just because you think a business is doing well doesn’t mean they actually are. They have to make a certain amount of money to stay alive and if they aren’t, people lose their jobs. Just had the same thing happen in my company. But I don’t think it’s violence.🤔
