What I love is he remembers his poor, humble roots. He has a foundation for breast cancer in England, too. The school he went to has benefited from his largesse as well. He and Linda raised awesome kids who didn't become drug addicts or messes. All have their heads in the right place. I didn't "discover" them until 1976 when a Beatlemania revival was strong due to Paul's Wings Over America tour. He is a PR genius and is actually still insecure! Most of the musicians like Bruce Springsteen are the same. You're only as good as your last biggest hit. John Lennon even hated his voice, he said that to George Martin. Also, Paul held out for a while on using LSD. His parents instilled solid values in him.

I'm sure not a day goes by when I don't have a Beatles song in my head. I like a lot of other artists, too, but the Beatles are at the top for quality, quantity and variety.

What is with all of the cruel comments? Charles and Camilla always belonged together. But the rules of the time and other circumstance kept them from marrying. Diana was 19...19!!! when she got engaged and thought Charles would come to love her. And I think he did, just not the deep love he has with Camilla. And later an understandably lonely Diana sought company when her husband went back to the woman he truly loved. Maybe she didn't always make good choices....but I think she just desperately wanted to be loved. This is based on research by respected and serious royal authors. And Diana was growing wiser with her decisions regarding love. She just didn't get to grow older. I was a little girl who absolutely adored Princess Diana, but I have also come to admire King Charles and Queen Camilla. It is easy to sit and write cruel comments. But how many people would want every mistake, big or small, examined by the world? What it comes down to is three decent but very real human beings who I imagine did the best they could. These are my own humble thoughts.

I am disappointed in his father, saying his sons music would not sell and you proved your dad wrong. You are a very handsome, intelligent and loving family man.
