I have a question I’m going to put a new fence around entire duplex. I have a problem with the renters to the left of me. It’s about invasive carrotwood that we had removed bc I called code compliance as it ruined the chain link fence. I’m still dealing with some carrotwood growing on my fence line. The neighbor says I’m killing “her plants” anyway police have been called twice. I’m dealing with spiteful vindictive people. Anyway once the contractor gets the permit and finds the property markers there isn’t much they can do. They have chairs against my fence and other items , could they refuse to move them out of spite and could they be charged with anything ? The police told me I can call should they start a disturbance. I’ve already tried filing a restraining order and was denied. Thank you

I live in Lehigh! and 6 Months ago, a new construction house sold right in front of mine, it sold for like $380K yesterday the house in the rear of mine, was listed for $280K Yes its not a new construction, but it has more Sq.F. than the one that sold for $100K more just 6 months ago, as soon as the new listing sells, there goes the value of the house in front.
If you want to know more about lehigh please let me know. I am from seattle who has been to lehigh a few times and dis buy a few properties here. My best advice for you is to cone there before you buy anything. The market is super hot (cooling now) and most of buyers are out of state. Dont be fooled by pricing it isnt cheap anymore

Respectfully, anyone from Florida knows Lehigh acres is a bad area. Home looks very nice. But driving around and stopping Ina few stores to see who you're surrounded by is critical. I'm trying to be kind here..

Terrible place to live. Poor Internet, poor infrastructure and roads. Terrible traffic and absolutely nothing to do there you gotta drive to ft Myers for almost anything. It's a huge ghetto. I made it out after 11 years there. Most depressing thing I had to endure

I agree, the floor to ceiling tile in the bathrooms in the second home was nice. I also liked the kitchen cabinets. Nice houses, I liked the comparisons. We bought a new construction 4 bedroom fresh-water canal home in that general area a few months ago. Looks like the current pricing of your comparison homes is a little more than what we paid. Things we liked in general were the master bedroom having two closets, view of the canal and modern kitchen and the bigger tile floors. We do not have a seawall at our property, but was interesting the homes you shared did. I do not care for outdoor kitchens so something I would not be willing to pay for but personal preference. Do you know why some homes like the third house initially sell for so much higher than what it is selling for now? Is that based on what the fair market would have been for that home 100 days ago but has since changed? The 80k price drop seems like a lot!

Big house but overpriced at 699. Not sure if it was the video but the hallway to the bedrooms looked small. I did like that it was on a corner lot and you could get your boat in the backyard. The builders have moved into that area so you can pick up a new home for a lot less money.

Varies right now the time lines are just longer generally 1-2 years to build depending on the builder and the amount of active builds they have.

Victor….. I appreciate the effort. But let’s be honest. You say that these interest rates are not “normal”? But the average mortgage rates in the U.S. since 1971 are 7.7%. The issue is overpriced homes!
I agree with you and if we compared this to last year we would be at value. At the same time I was not around prior to the 80’s depending on what time period you’ve seen in the economy we should have different views. Thank you for the comment 🙏

Nice house, 3 things that I didn't like are 1) white tiles with a white painted walls; 2) the pool is about 4' too close to the patio, (maybe a 18" wider patio too?); and 3rd) is having the bathroom in one of the bedrooms, as en-suite bathroom. I rather have a secondary bathroom in the living area. For that price build an outdoor half bath.
