~Everyone can grill~
Everyone Can Grill is a channel where I will post my favorite recipes, tips, and techniques about my favorite subject, grilling.
My goal is to post interesting videos that will show you how easy grilling and smoking can be.
I've been a backyard griller for over thirty five years, and have been told that I should start a video show. So here we are.
Our videos will cover charcoal, propane and the Griddle using them to grill, smoke, and bake some outstanding dishes. So grab one of your favorite beverages kick back and enjoy.
I hope you'll enjoy watching these videos as much as I enjoy sharing them with you.
I'm planning on adding a video at least twice a month.

How about some spicy hot pickles on them thangs?
Now that does sound good. Real Good!!
How hot does a blackstone griddle get going down? Under the tray, it is sitting on? I'm just thinking of paper towels attached underneath tray, where griddle sitting. Also heat is bad for normal magnets.
The heat mainly comes out the sides of the griddle and not the front. There are no worries here. The magnets are still holding true.
Yummy
Thank you very much.
12:09.funny!
LOL. I love using that. It's so much fun.
I always put my cheese in a Ziplock bag, so I don't have to fight those
I should have done that for this video, but I wasn't set up for it.
You just helped me decide to buy a black stone. Thank you!
Congratulations. I know you will like it.
Just ordered a 22" griddle. Finally they are available in the UK.
I still love my 22.
What kind of connection is for the propane?
My adventure came with the hose and bottle attachment for a regular propane tank, and the small attachment for the small Colman bottles. Those are good for about 3 good cooks.
Great video I just ordered one of these today and I can't wait to use it!! Keep up the great work!!
You are going to love it. Take your time seasoning it and don't over think it. It's all about fun.
Do you cook other vegetables? I'm on a diet.
I do. You can do this same recipe with sweet potatoes, and it is very good with broccoli. But carrots, corn, I even do a cabbage stir fry that is very good.
Awesome video thank you so much
Thank you very much.
I just got my blackstone yesterday. I am enjoying your video. I seasoned mine yesterday, but I think I may have used a little too much of the blackstone seasoning. My griddle looks a little "rough". I'm hoping it will even out as I cook on it. The corners of my griddle aren't very dark at all. I'm thinking I need to put some food in those corners and let it cook.
I bet you did fine. It takes a while for the edges and corners to get black like the centers. Just cook on it and in no time it will be non stick and even as all heck. It's one of those things that the more you use it the better it will get. Just clean it with water and scrape it down, then while it's still hot give it a VERY light coat of oil and let that smoke off every time you use it and it will be the best cooking surface you will ever have. Griddle on my friend, and enjoy.
I’m a new subscriber! I’m looking into getting one of these grills. Thanks for posting!!
I think you will love it.
Yum. I love making these kinda potatoes using the leftover bacon fat/grease especially. Also smoked paprika. Delicious. Great videos, Mark! Hope to see some more soon!
Thank you.
I take the cheese out of the original package and put them in a lock and lock, it works out so much better 😃
We do that too. That bag was bran new. LOL Always fun to struggle on camera. Thanks for watching.
Did you flip?
No I didn't since you are grilling it indirect the heat surrounds the chicken evenly. Thanks for watching. Let me know if you make this.
Just ordered the 22 should get here by the 4th was it hard to put together?
Not at all. Just take your time seasoning it, and remember when it comes to seasoning the griddle, LESS is BEST. Use just enough oil to cover the griddle but not enough to have any puddles or any laying around. Almost dry it off before you turn on the heat. Then when it stops smoking turn the heat off and let it cool all the way down to where you can lay your hand on it before you do another round. Make it an all day event if you can. That will make it so much better down the road.
I always like to add an egg or two
I like doing that too, but I didn't have a single egg in the house. LOL
I do the same thing but I slice them then fry them on the grill, Mmmm delicious stuff!
I'm going to do it that way today.
we aint stopping for laundry lmaoooo
LOL Nope!!!!
I have a Weber Poultry Roaster too, it's the best ! One Christmas year, I sent everyone I know a Weber Deluxe Poultry Roaster. Its Awesome! Never leave home with out it - when camping!
LOL I did the same thing a few years ago.
Thanks a ton for sharing this genius idea. I went with the cart that was one size larger (black version) and it worked out well too. You are the man!
I like that bigger cart, but just didn't have the room in the garage for it.
New suscriber from by Youngstown
Awesome. I'm going to start making new videos this spring. Lots of new recipes coming.
I make smaller burgers, about 3 oz, a slice on each, double stack. more crust. also, a smash press works a lot better than spatulas, wider, even pressure over the entire spread burger. good call on the mayo (not Duke's for me tho) to brown the buns. but however you make them, theyre amazing.
I use a Lodge press most of the time, I was just showing how you can get away with just using the spatulas. Thanks for watching.
Southeast Arkansas here! I just got a 22" griddle for Valentines day and can't wait to make these!! Loved your vid!
You are going to have so much fun. I use ours all the time.
I gotta try this! Thanks !
Thank you. They are so good. I've done it with fish too.
Brilliant! I even have one of these I use for air tools and grinders and I never thought of using another cart like that. Thanks
I've had this setup for a while now, and still love it.
Hello from south of St Louis, MO. Planning to get a 22" Adventure Ready soon. Just going through different vids to see people's thoughts. I appreciate your real time video.
You are going to love it. We use ours all the time.
Looking at buying the Blackstone Adventurer. You may have convinced me! Kurt (US Navy 88-92)
I love my Adventure. I take it all over the place.
I haven’t cooked mine but fixing to throw them on and see how it goes. lol
You are going to love them. They are the best for breakfast or dinner.
I was blessed with a Christmas gift of a 28” black stone. Learning as I go and dying to cook every day! lol. Just looking for recipes!
I'm going to be posting an Americanized version of an English breakfast this Sunday.
Lighting my black stone seems to be a chore. It’s brand new so… I’m learning. Lead on chef!
Open the gas valve very slowly and that should help. If it isn't infighting check the gap on your igniter.
Solid I'm gonna get this cart - thanks man A+!!!
I've used this cart for two years now. Best upgrade I've done.
I hate those bags also, LOVE your cook.
LOL Thank you very much.
The sound affects😂 appreciate the video
LOL Thanks.
Love your video’s……just got a new blackstone from our adult kids and just finished seasoning and will follow you from now on…..we winter in the valley of Texas during the winter months and grill every day
Thank you very much. I'm going to be doing Big Breakfast video next weekend.
“Diddly done” 🤦♂️
I want to grill with you mark!!!
Any time you are in NE Ohio give me a shout.
Mark it's so great to see you again really missed you. I was thrilled to see my notification of my favorite KZread channel having a new video. We just lost my mother in law and seeing this video meant the world to me. It's an amazing cook as always. I really appreciate the awesome content. Thank you.
My heart goes out to you and your family for your loss. I am glad I could be here for you. I will try my best to get at least one grilling video out a month for now on. You have a good day and a great weekend my friend.
It was great seeing another video! I hope to see them more often again! When you were dumping the charcoal in the beginning, those embers looked so cool! And you had to have burned your mouth off taken a couple bites like that directly off the grill. Lol!
I think you should see at least one a month for now on. That was the end of the bag, and there was a lot of dust in the bottom. I knew it was going to be like fireworks when I dumped them. It was cold outside and that made it look WAY hotter than it was. LOL I didn't think it was going to look that dramatic. LOL
Eating with the tongs! Now that's pitmaster privilege! Looking good and thanks for shaming me into getting back on my grill.
LOL. I have no idea why I thought that was a good idea. But that chicken was so darn good.
Made this exact recipe! That’s some of the best potatoes I’ve ever ate! Thank you for your videos!
You just made my day. I'm glad you liked them. They are a staple around here.
The Master returns! So excited to see another ECG video! Yet another fantastic cook! Great seeing Zach too! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. This video just made my holiday week complete!🔥
It's been too long my friend. We had a great time at the grill, and those drumsticks were so juicy and tasty. You don't need a lot to get a lot of flavor.
Can’t tell you how happy I was to see a new video! I know I’ve told you this countless times but your grilling content is top notch and is responsible for me upping my game! I know you used this bullseye fire configuration for your kettle fried chicken video. I should have used it for my chicken thighs last week as it seems to give you way more real estate! I used my warming rack and things were still very cramped. I just worry about the cleanup afterwards! 🤣
Thank you Rob. It was fun to get back at it again. When TJ does his like this he will line the whole grill with aluminum foil. It makes cleanup so quick.
I should’ve known TJ would’ve had a solution! You guys are brilliant grillmasters! That last cook I did was two huge packages of thighs. I did them standard indirect/split baskets. I had to use my warming rack as I simply had no room! It took FOREVER to scrub that warming rack clean. Next time I’m doing it like this and I’ll use foil on the charcoal grate around the baskets! Please thank TJ for the inspiration!
I know what you mean. Those buggers can mess up a grill. LOL He actually wraps the sides of the grill so when the chicken drips down it funnels into the vents. Total genius. I'll tell him what you said.
He’s Back … That was an outstanding video!!! Keep ‘em coming!
Right on baby!!!!! That was a B-Blast!!
USS Ranger Mark..Great review of the griddle 22 inch is perfect...
Thank you very much. It is perfect, and Go Ranger!!!
Hey Mark. Mike in North Mississippi. I get my BS 22" griddle this week and can't wait to start grillin'. I really like the Harbor Freight cart idea. Great job on the videos man. To be continued...😁
Mike, you will love that 22. It is the perfect size. I've been using that cart for a darn long time now, and still love it. Can't wait to hear back from you about how you are doing.
like the cart idea....hate the color...any thoughtd on painting it black before assembly ? wonder if anyone has done that?
A friend painted his black with an orange top. He sanded it with a palm sander first, then primed and painted it. It looks like it came from Blackstone. I just wanted to cook on mine that night, so it got nothing. LOL
Your a boss. What a great idea
Thanks. I keep telling my wife that but she doesn't listen. LOL
Was this the 30x16 cart about to buy mine now. Thanks!!!
Yes it is. Sorry it took so long to get back with you.
What did you use for the top of cart ?? I have 17in black stone and it won’t sit on top properly.
When I put the cart together I flipped the top upside down so it is flush with the side tops.
Which cart was that, cost?
That was the $60.00 cart from Harbor Freight.
Absotutely😅😅😅
Thanks.
