Everyone Can Grill

Everyone Can Grill

~Everyone can grill~
Everyone Can Grill is a channel where I will post my favorite recipes, tips, and techniques about my favorite subject, grilling.

My goal is to post interesting videos that will show you how easy grilling and smoking can be.

I've been a backyard griller for over thirty five years, and have been told that I should start a video show. So here we are.
Our videos will cover charcoal, propane and the Griddle using them to grill, smoke, and bake some outstanding dishes. So grab one of your favorite beverages kick back and enjoy.

I hope you'll enjoy watching these videos as much as I enjoy sharing them with you.

I'm planning on adding a video at least twice a month.

    How hot does a blackstone griddle get going down? Under the tray, it is sitting on? I'm just thinking of paper towels attached underneath tray, where griddle sitting. Also heat is bad for normal magnets.

  • @PapaMark
    @PapaMark8 күн бұрын

    The heat mainly comes out the sides of the griddle and not the front. There are no worries here. The magnets are still holding true.

    What kind of connection is for the propane?

  • @PapaMark

    My adventure came with the hose and bottle attachment for a regular propane tank, and the small attachment for the small Colman bottles. Those are good for about 3 good cooks.

    I just got my blackstone yesterday. I am enjoying your video. I seasoned mine yesterday, but I think I may have used a little too much of the blackstone seasoning. My griddle looks a little "rough". I'm hoping it will even out as I cook on it. The corners of my griddle aren't very dark at all. I'm thinking I need to put some food in those corners and let it cook.

  • @PapaMark
    @PapaMark2 ай бұрын

    I bet you did fine. It takes a while for the edges and corners to get black like the centers. Just cook on it and in no time it will be non stick and even as all heck. It's one of those things that the more you use it the better it will get. Just clean it with water and scrape it down, then while it's still hot give it a VERY light coat of oil and let that smoke off every time you use it and it will be the best cooking surface you will ever have. Griddle on my friend, and enjoy.

    Just ordered the 22 should get here by the 4th was it hard to put together?

  • @PapaMark
    @PapaMark3 ай бұрын

    Not at all. Just take your time seasoning it, and remember when it comes to seasoning the griddle, LESS is BEST. Use just enough oil to cover the griddle but not enough to have any puddles or any laying around. Almost dry it off before you turn on the heat. Then when it stops smoking turn the heat off and let it cool all the way down to where you can lay your hand on it before you do another round. Make it an all day event if you can. That will make it so much better down the road.

    I make smaller burgers, about 3 oz, a slice on each, double stack. more crust. also, a smash press works a lot better than spatulas, wider, even pressure over the entire spread burger. good call on the mayo (not Duke's for me tho) to brown the buns. but however you make them, theyre amazing.

    I think you should see at least one a month for now on. That was the end of the bag, and there was a lot of dust in the bottom. I knew it was going to be like fireworks when I dumped them. It was cold outside and that made it look WAY hotter than it was. LOL I didn't think it was going to look that dramatic. LOL

    Can’t tell you how happy I was to see a new video! I know I’ve told you this countless times but your grilling content is top notch and is responsible for me upping my game! I know you used this bullseye fire configuration for your kettle fried chicken video. I should have used it for my chicken thighs last week as it seems to give you way more real estate! I used my warming rack and things were still very cramped. I just worry about the cleanup afterwards! 🤣

  • @PapaMark

    Thank you Rob. It was fun to get back at it again. When TJ does his like this he will line the whole grill with aluminum foil. It makes cleanup so quick.

  • @RobFerrellDrumStudio
    @RobFerrellDrumStudio7 ай бұрын

    I should’ve known TJ would’ve had a solution! You guys are brilliant grillmasters! That last cook I did was two huge packages of thighs. I did them standard indirect/split baskets. I had to use my warming rack as I simply had no room! It took FOREVER to scrub that warming rack clean. Next time I’m doing it like this and I’ll use foil on the charcoal grate around the baskets! Please thank TJ for the inspiration!
