Would like to second the other commenter here - I am not disabled myself (though I am currently getting diagnosed with ADHD) but you do a great service calling out all this unfairness with transport and its often poor excuse for accessibility. Additionally, from someone who has worked in customer-facing jobs for a number of years (IT support etc) I am unimpressed with how a number of staff in the videos have spoken to you. Just lacking in basic politeness and good customer service which makes a ton of difference to help a customer's mood in difficult situations. If I ever spot you out on the railway etc I'll shake your hand mate :)

I feel so sorry for you. It's odd writing this because none of your other videos have comments. We all want you to get on in the world and there's nothing wrong with being disabled or gay. I have ADHD so I struggle to concentrate on something for a long time, and I don't care. You have done so well to cope and we're all with you.
