Love it! Also pretty good that duration is small. But how would a $100k SaaS tool be replaced by Coda? I guess you developed a custom SaaS outside of Coda?

@@georgekrax You’d be surprised how many tools can be rebuilt with Coda without needing to go custom… The $100k cost comes from a big company with lots of seats. 700 users x $50/m quickly adds up!!

Thanks man! Its currently $3,000/m and we'll work with the client automate every aspect of their business for that cost. We'll do standard 3 day deliveries and when they decide they want to stop they can!

You are more than capable! Dont allow this to be a blocker to at least try. You could perhaps target a business that has an owner of similar country / language to you. Most businesses are run by non-natives and natives. The chef in the video for example speaks English and Spanish but communicated with me in my language to help me out!! The main point here is just practice your pitch over and over until you can say it without stuttering or faltering.

Are companies okay with you sending their data to OpenAI? You aren’t building an app, just a ChatGPT wrapper yet people buy this?

Open Ai explicitly mentions they do not train on peoples data when using the Api. We don't use it much anyway, Gemini is our preferred model atm. I would check out what Coda.io does. Its not a GPT wrapper. :)

Great video! I agree building a design agency with tons of competition is really hard (I'm still figuring things out). I'm glad you find a that niche! One area where I think your services might be valuable is for startups with series A & B who got the funding but still like to save on tools. Or go for seed stage startups and train them on how to do AI autmation with Coda. Once a startup becomes established and finds market fit, then you're the go-to partner for them.

@@HarryRoperMckay That's great to hear. What I realized when working with startups you need to approach the ones who have funding. Otherwise, they just don't have the budget. So that's great if you're working with VC's. Actually it's going great. Since beginning this year I went full-time. Mainly focusing on SEO.
