  Hello, thank for this tutorial. I wondered how I work out the radius if I am making a double circular skirt? Do I get the radius for 1 full circular skirt then divide it by 2? Or do I use the 3.14 formula on each one? I haven’t made a double circular skirt before so want to be sure, there is a lot of fabric! 🙂

  The hemline refered to is hemline of dress. The circle flare will be attached to the hemline of pencil skirt.

  Any light weight to medium woven fabric such as cotton will do a great job. Please avoid knit fabric on this dress design

  You can use regilan boning if you find ordinary boning intimidating to work with. Regilan boning can be sewn on with a needle.

  How to calculate the elastic

  Circumference of your matress subtract 5 inches. For example if your matress is 50 inches -5 = elastic will be 45 inches
