But the mirror I have (only left is mandatory where I live) you can get it 18$ from aliexpress!! the 50$ one from cycle gear kept breaking on me

IMO, the color scheme looks kinda cool. I have a '22 Z900 in black with twilight blue body work and black wheels. Think it's one of the better Z combos. Anyway after 10k miles, it impresses the hell out of me. Not one problem even after bangin' the rev limiter a thousand times. Build quality is excellent. Runs faster after every mile. Love this bike.

@@FrankBonessa I agree with you and that’s why I’m planning on going with the black wheels on this one. I feel like they did pretty good but the red wheels just ended up being a little bit too much red on the bike and we are at the same area, I just rolled 10,000 miles as well.

@@Lostonabike Thanks for the response. i was to buy a new SV650 before they ended production. Had a black with blue frame and wheels ordered. the blue wheels were a bit much. So I canceled the order and waited for a blue tank , bronze frame and wheels. Much nicer. I know what you mean. The Z looks extra cool, but Kawasaki can't get good color combos right. @@Lostonabike that 900 of ours is CRAZY fast in ROAD mode! my 636 is a new 2022 i just had first oil change and service. ive put my 636 in SPORT mode and i still think 900 in ROAD modes faster! lol ive never put my 900 in SPORT mode cause still getting used to it and high speed! lol in a car,,, ill go fast,,, i have a drag car,,, but 2 wheels and no too little protection im noy comfortable so its dangerous and dumb,,, BUT lol im getting there! i bought a new 2023 for discount on a new KX 85 TEAM GREEN 2 STROKE! i grew up on dirt only! lol my dad was a Surgeon and said street bike AFTER you move out! lol

I hit a 16" pipe spread across 4 lanes on the Howard Franklin Bridge that separates tampabay and st pete. I was doing around 100 mph on my gsxr1k. I clutched and bounced the tire last second. I spent an eternity in the air and landed with a tank slapper. Never spilled half my jeans ripped off against the bobs baracade and lost a shoe (wall ripped it right off my foot). My wife was behind me she was not as lucky. She has no knee cap now. Keep 2 on the ground

Yes some things are unavoidable, you did good though! a few things it shows, you have incredible control and talent! It wasn’t luck that saved you that day to pop up the wheel and keep loose to shut down the tank slap! That is a great rider there

That’s an Old tale bro it used to worry me but I’ve taken pistons to 150 hours before rebuilds, I’ve been doing 2 stokes for 7 years consistently truthfully going from full clutch to high rpm’s is harder on the engine than the rpm’s coming down slowly, I’ve been in tight spots and watched guys ride a solid amount with very little premix in the tank due to a punctured tank but I do appreciate it the bike will be solid tho

Also to add I’m not engine braking 2 strokes don’t really slow you down with engine, I’m mostly doing it to keep it wound up exiting the corner due to lack of torque

when you let off the throttle press the clutch in. 2 strokes doesn't like engine braking.
That’s an Old tale bro it used to worry me but I’ve taken pistons to 150 hours before rebuilds, I’ve been doing 2 stokes for 7 years consistently truthfully going from full clutch to high rpm’s is harder on the engine than the rpm’s coming down slowly, I’ve been in tight spots and watched guys ride a solid amount with very little premix in the tank due to a punctured tank but I do appreciate it the bike will be solid tho
Also to add I’m not engine braking 2 strokes don’t really slow you down with engine, I’m mostly doing it to keep it wound up exiting the corner due to lack of torque

The rear was tapped out at 4000 miles for me. It started warming up and it got eaten. 4500 miles is incredible for such a sport oriented tire

With that being said look at near end of the video of the bike night night rip video it gets 152 but as for 171 on the dyno I did not witness that the guy just told me that so I cannot say for certain
