Sorta agree but I've given this game 3 tries and last was the of course the best. I agree for sure on the disappointment of the spells but it was a small team and crazy spells I'm sure were considered. Look at it this way, did you consider giving games with convention weapons a demerit because you've "seen what the game has to offer" as in handgun, shotgun, AR, SMG? I've heard this argument leveled against this game for that reason but it's really not fair in that context. Did Hexan allow all those options you refered to with the firewall and Wave and did you knock it? I do really hope to see a sequal. Anyway. Thanks for the vid.

I bought the GOG version a couple of years ago, now I'm playing it on Steam Deck and I'm enjoying it. Not the greatest game ever, but still there's something about it that makes me like it. I can't put my finger on what it is, but it's there

I would agree if the game would have been released in late 92 or early 93. But Blake Stone was released in December of 93, and ROTT at the end of 94, and in my opinion I feel like both of them did the better job with the engine.

Are you "dropping" them on the rack with G or left clicking to place them? If you are left clicking and it's not showing what is on there, it's possibly a bug.

6:52 fuck you Naw I'm joking, but the music is definitely major reason why I love this game. Wii version is definitely the weakest of all the releases, thanks to billzard attack being inconsistent with the swing of the wii remote. The game is pretty long to complete In one setting which is my only real complain about this game, but this is really only thanks to the newly added level monster town. Monster town takes like 20 minutes to complete and that's just bs man. The version I suggest are either the ps2 version, or the switch version Which is called snow battle princess sayuki and that was the original Japanese title. (Although I prefer the name heavenly guardian) Ps2 version does not have monster town, which means it is shorter if that's up your alie, also no shake the wii remote bs, just press a button and whatever direction sayuki is facing she will attack in that direction. Switch version includes monster town which sucks dick but if you the complete version of it then that's the one to go with. Only one more thing I have to say. The level 2 boss is definitely the reason why most people turn this game away. I died a good couple of times to that bitch. But if you push through it, the game definitely gets easier thanks to the health max ups Love this game.

It's so very clearly a knock off of the Punisher PS2 game but worse in every way, to the point even the main character looks identical to Punisher from the Max series and the art for the cover of the box is clearly made to look like a 1 to 1 of the art for the Punisher comics at the time. The worst part is even though the game has an M rated concept (Basically What If The Punisher was a mafia enforcer instead of a vigilante), they choosed to water it down to a bloodless T rated game for no reason. If they at least made it violent as shit as the Punisher game, it would at least have THAT going for it. It goes for $2 online, for that price I'd say it's worth a try, no biggie if you hate it. I've paid more to see movies in the theatre that I would argue were worse at being movies than this was at being a game.

My main concern is with the sixaxis. Games like resistance and heavenly sword, those early games especially will essentially block all progress if you don’t have those motion controls. Can you confirm that sixaxis motion control works? Because on Amazon it claims these controllers have it.

I just tested the controller using the GTA 4 Sixaxis tutorial. It worked perfectly fine.
