I think early 2010s and late 2010s was a big difference. I graduated high school in 2016. My time in junoir high and early high school from 2009 to 2013 was very different from late high school from 2014 to 2016. In the later 2010s everyone started spending so much time with our faces in our phones and disconnected from the world around us and engaged with each other.

Very interesting. I'm assuming this is all from American schools? My first observation is that personal grooming seems to go hand in hand with decorum. The change is vastly different from the 60's. I was born in 1970 and loved every minute of the eighties. We were always really happy and carefree. By the time I went to university in the 90's I felt very detached from what high school life was like, but looking back I realise that a sort of dark slump had set in and I feel lucky to have lived my 20's during that time.

I went to college in 1967 after the summer of love. It was state university. One of the rules for evening meal was men wore tie and women had to wear bras. One evening guts shower up in underwear with tie and women shower up no blouse just bra. The regulations were dropped the next day.
