  @amarchikh4802 I am not sure but I would think about 4 km the bus picks the children up and drops them back to Camposol, as Camposol is expanding I would have thought they would build a school here as we have 4,500 houses now, and its doubling over next ten years the area.

  Is there any of those hidden charges, my brothers place have community or something charges in puerto banus. Puts me off. It’s very dated is there any more modern ones and what price ? Decor in there and kitchen needs overhaul and bathroom is tiny and no en-suite. Would want spacious light rooms more modern.

  @iftikhkhan253 Rojales near Torrevieja have elderly or infirm properties I have been informed, but Camposol is not one of them, so maybe look in that area. hope this helps you in your search

  To say the least, it's perfect and in a nice place as well. The price is such that someone would have to have financing and at 130,000€ a foreigner (I'm from Houston, Texas) would need to come up with 65,000€ and that is way too much to put down on any property. Thanks for showing it to us!

  Everything was 'beautiful' LOL The house has nice bones but this seems to be somewhere in the back country, with no access to a doctor or a store, the soil is so dry which means it is scortching hot. LOL tiles on the walls in bedrooms, feels like sleeping in a bathtub. Clearly not worth the price. Maybe 50,000 E at the most.

  This is a nice house dear, I agree with you. But the upstairs door is solamente para enanos, right? And 175k is not a lot in Spain, but Spain is in a real estate bubble since 1996. The real estate market is crashing everywhere but Spain - no joke. Look at pricing in Italy or Latinamerica. My limit per m2 is 500Euro - we are still far away from reality. Europe is dying right now. Look Britain or Germany or France... But of all houses I have seen in Spain - this is a gem! Thank you for showing,

  lots of reasons why people sell examples are selling 2 villas to buy a larger villa, moving back to their country, , or upgrading or buying a smaller villa because the family has grown up and moved out. lots of reasons and no I won't tell you to park outside the house lol park on the roof with a view😊😂

  Good Morning @carolparris8831 the Airport is 26 mins drive called cover Airport Murcia International and Alicante Airport is 80 mins Drive away, we are near the port of Mazarron 15 min drive from the beaches ,we are on an Urbanisation in the Murcia region

  Sounds great!Sounds great! This area is not where I video most of the villas this is more Almeria area then Murcia Region , in Murcia we have excellent health care and two doctors and a hospital on Camposol, we have everything you need here but it is a short drive to the Beaches, we are not a city we are on an urbanisation, safety is very high we can walk anywhere on Camposol at night, we have a mini bus called the campo bus but you need a car on Camposol to get around. A Sector and B sector is walkable if you live on these sectors. hope this helps

  This villa is on an urbanisation called Camposol, the Urb has been established over 20 years now with 4,500 villas it is on the Costa Calida near the port of Mazarron the 30875 on sector D

  Hallo, in den anderen Villen werden alle Heizkörper genau gezeigt, ist es dort kälter? Die Frau Marie könnte vom Solarium aus, auch mal die nähren Umgebung der Villa zeigen, damit man sieht wie es dort ist. Danke.@@CostaCalidaVillas

  @norbertgotz704 Hallo zu den Heizkörpern, die in der Villa nicht enthalten sind. Die Leute haben selbst eine Ölzentralheizung installiert, da sie möglicherweise aus einem kalten Klima stammen. Was mich betrifft, ist nicht genug vom Dach zu sehen, wenn Sie von dort aus zuschauen. 5,25 bis 6,32 Ich habe nicht nur das Dach gezeigt, sondern auch Vorschläge gemacht, was Sie tun könnten, z. B. künstliches Gras auf den Whirlpool legen usw. Ich zeige meinen Zuschauern dieser Villa auch die Ansichten und mache sie deutlich. Wenn Sie mir noch etwas vorschlagen können? Was Sie tun können, um Ihr Online-Sehen angenehmer zu gestalten, ich freue mich immer über konstruktive Kritik

  Hallo. Danke für die Antwort. Es währe nett, wenn sie oben auf dem Solarium sind, die direkte nähre Umgebung der Villa von oben nach unten zeigen würden, eben so die Lage der Villa auf einem Stadtplan einzublenden, mit Sektor A-B-C kann man hier in Deutschland nicht viel anfangen.
