I started this channel to share my ideas, creations, adventures and to show people how easy it is to live off the grid & save money.
I like to build useful things using junk which would otherwise end up in the landfill or use energy to recycle.

Gilla dela prenumerera på programmet 😃
Amazing
every year is a hundred yr flood lol
May seem like a dumb question but why did you decide to tie off fore and aft? surely if you tie to the running line only at the bow it would let your boat swing to face the wind and swell and reduce the forces on your rigging? At least thats how we use to rig them as a kid.
A little bit late but that noise may be if the tire that you just put is a different size compared to the one that was already on the car
It’s new… You like the warranty… What’s going on?!?!
Very impressive as usual. I am know close to nothing about machines, but even I can see the level of detail you put into your work. Everything is done very meticulous. Also with an eye on safety. Just curious of your background (or if anyone else knows). Did you learn / had / have a job working with machinery? Best wishes from Austria.
You used to do a longer videos.. we want more of you 😅
"fixed it" haha
If it goes you can have it. Now dig me a pad 😅
Awesome mate!
22:48 excellent
They prefer to be called ‘digga.’

🚜🤠
How did you know where the old road was on the way back?
Wonder if he's going to have to do it again during this years 100 year flood.
Bet a few moths flew out when martys wallet was opened😅
Is this new zealand??
Do you buy those machines, or just fix them for fun for the owners?
Can I be your extra hand, gofor, and extra camera person so i can learn abound boat motors etc and rescue some yachts and sailboats in the USA and abroad?
Get yourself a Digger lid cover from Aussie if you're storing outside. I can imagine you'll find a nice warm little covered spot for this though, ha ha.
You mean it is possible to buy a piece of equipment. Take it off the trailer and just.. use it?
Light use for 100hrs till it is run in.. change a few filters and its good to go
1:17 someone taking a leak...
perfect unit for road maintenance
Thank you. That was absolutely fascinating.
Hello Marty. Congratulations on the new buy. I do enjoy watching you take an older machine and bringing it back to life. Have good days!
Hi! I have that same outboard. Do you know how many rpms yours tops out at?
Not sure, guessing 5000rpm max.. Ask google gemini
Nice Marty. Good for the kids when they get older but in the meantime you can fine-tune it.
That ground looks good for gold
Where did you get the WIX 57011 oil filter from what place? Or website?
Andrew Lusty Trading [email protected] .. it was very expensive there. I could have got from ebay or amazon for 1/4 the price but it would have taken a month to arrive in the country
@@MartyT what was the price ?
Great fun mate
13:54 those are some of my favorite type of chickens, we have several and they're the friendliest little hens!

I'll keep this one in the shed ;)
What part of nz ?
Down south near Murchison
Would a bobcat with a 4in1 bucket make this job easier??
Not really, it was quick and easy with this bucket
Did you replace that wheel bearing on that part for next time.
No, but that's a good idea
Left the dog in the woods.
Japanese Technology at its best ❤
Where did you get your hard elm from mate ?
The old man slabbed it with a chainsaw mill 20 years ago
@@MartyT oh damn was hoping it was brought looking at redoing my stringers and floors too hardwood would definitely last longer
Marty that would be great if it had a thumb
Owner must pay for the rescue and the repair, i hate people who try to sell a junk at the price of a working vehicle,
Awesome!!! I really enjoyed watching these two vids!
Can Do ! 👍
One hell of a job brother!!! kudos to you!!! a great watch!! thank you..can't think of to many things more gratifying than bring back to life a piece of machinery that has been sitting for long period's of time...beautiful!!!
Why does ether work for starting motors?
It has a lower 160 °C (320 °F) autoignition temperature than fuel. It is bad for most diesel engines, I only use it when absolutely necessary
Not sure about New Zealand but in Southern America a man with all that equipment would start a driveway paving company. I'm guessing at 5:00 somebody needed a part that can't be found.
Nice one mate enjoy 😊🇬🇧🔧🛠️🚜
Congrats on the new digger
