    You are putting axial force on the shaft and the bearing. It's better to use a punch to drive the shaft out of the gear/pulley. Use a cushion under the motor for when it falls.

    and i just heat them on the gas stolve then cool with cold water and they fell off without even that i do have small gear puler but usually just puting it under the gear is enough to make it loose after what i said before well i just like to live on the edge and play with fire :]

    No No NO! This is the worst way to do it! You overload and damage bearings by doing this. This is a how-to guide for making a crunchy stepper! Never cause axial force to the shaft of a stapper, or almost any motor for that matter.

    Hello, I'm ordering this for my kids but with the swing just wondering did you buy the extra parts like 10 Anchors for the assembly of the climbing frame do I need to buy them??

  • @Piratocola1
    @Piratocola12 жыл бұрын

    Hi Shomona19, I didnt' order the anchors, in my opinion the playhouse is heavy enough to withstand dutch winds. Besides it takes 2 adults to even move te playhouse around, so i don't expect that my child can flip it over, even with the help of a lot of friends haha. So in my opinion it is not needed, but if you want to play it absolutely safe, buy them!

    Hi there James, when i started working on this I didn't had the idea to document everything, that was when I completed the laser for like 80%, I regret that I didn't think of it earlier, else this clip would be a lot better, and yes I like the music, cause I'm not a star in presenting inside the clip. That's just not me. So again I'm sorry this clip didn't meet your expectations, and I'm doing my best to improve the quality. Greetings, René

    Hi Rene , Can you help me too? Im trying to build my laser engraver too Im using Arduino Mega and Ramps Board 1.4 and Marlin Firmware , it can print beautifully and then i buy a laser diode and connect it to D9 pin , it can draw outline perfectly , but when Rastering or Engraving there are some straight lines that i dont want to comes up I dunno where it comes from , im trying to analyze the G-Code but nothing happened

    @@Piratocola1 Thankyou for your respond , it seems to be better to use LaserWeb4 But for the cut rate you use 180 mm/min it means that your cut rate is 3mm/s right? So how long do you rastering that picture?

  • @Piratocola1
    @Piratocola13 жыл бұрын

    Yes that is correct, my laser diameter is set to 0,2mm so for a 100x100 mm picture: That would take 100 x 100 / 0,2 = 50.000mm total lenght it should pass 50.000 / 180 = 277.7 minutes = 4 hours and 37 minutes and 46 seconds :)

    Hi Rene. Excellent video which I'm sure will help me with my build. I received my Tika Taka XXL today minus the build instructions. There was a small booklet that bears no resemblance to my design, I have the twin swing and climbing wall ramp up to the den. If I send an email would you be so kind as to send me a copy of the build plans you have? I have emailed Fatmoose/Wickey but they are never quick to respond. Of course my 3 year old doesn't understand why the parts are spread all over the garden and construction may take some time. Thanks in advance. Craig

    Hi there, it took me one weekend to build it, but it was rainy, I was alone most of the time and had my 3 year old son around. But I think you can build it in 8-10 hours with 2 people (the stickers will take you about 2 hours extra, since you have to cut them out yourself) and yes I have the building plan just send me an e-mail to [email protected] and I will be happy to share them with you!
