You should kill the fish before it goes it goes into the cooler.

Couple of things: why so far back from the water's edge? Also: Any time you are winding and you hear the drag clicking, you are twisting up your line.

Usually try to keep up with the tide. When it comes to filming and working 3-4 poles, it’s a challenge. I use light medium set ups and braided line. Keeping the drag looser when using heavier weights (especially on a beach with a lot of sand bars) prevents some strain on my reels. Never had an issue with line twisting.

I live in Shell Point outside of Parris Island and have been to Hunting Island a few times but NEVER caught any fish. Maybe I’ll try again this weekend. 😁

No limit on pompano in SC. 3 oz should work. Depending surf current.

Yeah. There’s two different entrances on the north and south of the lighthouse

Is that always the way it happens? Somebody who isn't paying attention at all, they're not casting, just sleeping (wtf) or reading a book then wham ! Your rod is bent in half and she just won the money that you bet your friends First, biggest, most- WHICH YOU PAID FOR ! She wins, keeps the money then you have to clean cook, clean again! It's thoroughly evil
