  I always used a RLR and RL pattern on the kick. I thought your sheet was crazy for suggesting it otherwise, because it seems to make things more complicating. However, I watched Marios Tama Playthrough and slowed it down and it seems like he's actually doing RLR LRL. But on the 2 note kicks, he simply plays it RR.

  try practicing on only ankle tech. at lower tempos 70-80. really helped me get more control at higher speeds

  The transcriptions don't reflect the rudiment being played. The 7 and 9 stroke roll for instance. Weak!!
