  We've owned a condo in Punta Mita since March, 2019 and regret purchasing it....it's only November, 2019. Our swimming pool leaked, our windows still leak, the ceiling in our storage room collapsed from a leak above us...we've been left stranded at the airport twice (with confirmed pick up confirmations from the Punta Mita Concierge team). Managing the punch list and warranty items is a nightmare. The developer, DINE promises to fix something and it takes non stop emails, phone calls and yelling and screaming to get them to show up. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU "MAKE IT YOUR HOME". DIRECT MESSAGE ME and I'll be happy to share my phone number and answer any questions you have.
