Anadromous cutthroat are called bluebacks here on the coast of Oregon. Have you read, “The River Why?” Nice coho. Was that a hatchery fish? I couldn’t see if the adipose was clipped or not.

What flies were you using and can u catch cutthroat all year?

I was using a foam attractor fly called a hippy stomper. These cutthroat are sea-run so they are only in the Cowlitz river around August thru October.

I am not expert but I would suggest fishing near rocky structure off the beach, and fish the hour before and after high tide, that is when I did my best. Fishing early in the morning when there is less people on the beach helps too. Have fun!

How are you dear? I have analyzed your KZread channel. your channel is very good and your video is excellent. every KZreadr shows a few unique things in their videos. only a few KZread channels get lots of views. most KZread channels publish unique and valuable videos but they don't get lots of views. many KZreadrs want to income and other KZreadrs want to show the audience their creativity. if the video doesn't get many views their dream is not fulfilled. if the video cannot get views then cannot get likes, shares, and subscribers. KZread said their users to do follow a few rules. that the users maintain these rules must be their channel will glow. basically, in your channel and video, I find some problems. what is because of this problem and how to solve this problem I want to discuss with you about this. I have a lot of experience in doing work in this matter over a long time. thank you very much for reading my message.

I'm pretty sure you're in the same exact spot that we were in on June 2nd 2020 when a similar storm ruined our day. Similar deal, flash flood turned the river chocolate. We were fortunate to park the boats and take shelter in the shitter. Same one you're at I think! It's the first one below the house that is across from Dry Creek, right?
