  let me give you a tip. Dont have a 10min long intro where you nag on people to subscribe. no one is buying the pig in the basket, you want to evaluate if the content is good or not and then decide if you want to subscribe, similar to ai tools that require you to pay for a sub before you get to test it out. Also, must those super loud ding animations for your subscribe animations, you had them like 10 times. they are worse than ads. you just don't understand how to capture the audience by scaring them away. it should not feel like a chore to watch, it sould be a pleasant experience.
