This is the first day without my dad. He listened to this song as he was losing his battle with pulmonary fibrosis. It brought him peace in a way that I’m not sure many things could. I need this song now as it’s been the worst pain of my life losing the treasure of having him as my dad. Please know that you’ve helped many hearts by making this song.

I've been diagnosed with bipolar disorder recently and have been battling severe depression and it came to a point where I just wanted to give up and a really amazing friend who I haven't seen for a very long time contacted me and send me this song and it has touched a part of my heart that was closed and broken for a long time.

I was listening to you version and Lydia Laird was giving the scripture reading for today. So I googled Lydia Laird and found this song. What a powerful song is. I’m coming up on the one year anniversary of my wife’s passing. We were married 45 years and I miss her. I know God carries us through times like this, but we need reminded that he is with us. This song tells us that it is OK because he is with us. Lydia thank you for your music thank you for your face. Thank you for your beautiful voice and thank you for allowing God to work through you. You’re a beautiful person with a beautiful soul thank you.

Me too! I’m glad this is the first song that came up because it’s like you said, we need constant reminder that he’s with us because our own desperation living in these hard times. This is so beautiful ,I needed to hear this ,and I'm thankful that my Dear friend Lori sent it to me ,I recently lost a precious little Granddaughter Granddaughter ,she was 3 years old,she passed away from something called SUDC,SUDDEN UNEXPLAINED DEATH IN CHILDHOOD, I am so devastated and having a hard time dealing with the grief, and this song is just bringing me some much needed comfort 💔 😢

I’m eleven years old and in 2022 my mommy was diagnosed with stage four cancer and underwent chemotherapy,radiation,and surgery after all of that we were still blessed she didn’t even lose her hair! On September 1st 2023 we got a call…..the cancer was gone! But it felt like a slap in the face because on November 13th we found that the cancer was back I listen to this song multiple times a day! Please everyone that will pray for my mama! Her hair is starting to fall out so part that it will stop please! 😔I know she will be okay! God has already touched her she is so strong! I would go crazy if I didn’t have my faith like I do! Thank you for writing this song it’s help me and her so much!❤

I was young when my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I understand the pain you are going through more than i can ever share here.
