lolno. The more moving parts, the quicker it will fail.
Have a customer that can’t get theirs to work with a modern electronic deadbolt. The spring back resistance stops the deadbolt from deadlocking and then the deadbolt faults out. This video is 10 yrs old. Is there a workaround for this issue? The door is only a year old. Thanks!
You should look into information about PanoLock Plus, which is our version that works with electronic deadbolts. www.enduraproducts.com/panolock-plus/
@@EnduraProductsInc she had these French doors installed about a year ago and it was very expensive. The panolock would require completely redoing everything. She just wants her astragal multipoint lock to work the way it’s supposed to. Thanks
I had a PanoLock multi-point system installed with a Wi-Fi keypad. When the door is locked the center is not actually locked and if you depress the lever from inside or outside the center latch is depressed. So in reality it is only a 2 point locking system. My installer told me this is how it is supposed to work but I challenge that as it does not make sense to have 3 locking points if only 2 of them actually lock. I am curious if what I was told is accurate
I have a masonite door with this astragal and zac, the bottom seal that moves has too much spring pressure and forces the zac too far down creating a gap and leakage. How can i fix? Door is brand new.
I just purchased a masonite french exterior patio door with this seal, I wouldn't have purchased the door if I knew it didnt have a conventional adjustable threshold. The astragal on the normally closed side of the door has a spring loaded bottom seal... This seal presses against the Endura ZAC and creates visible light and a leak due to the greater spring pressure. I will contact manufacturer, I'm unsure how to fix.
Are the Trilinnium locks "Fire Rated"?
Finally!!!
Ok
Thank you for joining us. 🙏
I am glad you posted this video. My builder install the door and never adjust of it, and water was getting under the sill. Now I’m about to adjust it
Awesome! 😁👉👉
I’d prefer deadbolts going into floor and upper jamb.
We actually have that with our French Door Astragals.
Want to purchase

Nice video
Where can I buy these in Fredericksburg, VA?
Hi Jorge, you can find distributors in your area here: www.enduraproducts.com/map
Wish I had this for my front door.
As a door and hardware specialist with years of experience prepping and installing all types of door hardware, I found this system pretty bad! The biggest problem is that all five points to engage with even a large bow key does not work easily like in this video video, I just installed the Rocky Mountain Lever X Lever set and almost immediately noticed that this is a BADLY ENGINEER CONCEPT!
Replying to old post but I am a door and hardware specialist with thirty years. I replaced the main box in one this morning and another last week. I keep all the parts that fail on these in my truck. Sometimes they operate smoothly but too many times not. They are made from inferior materials for the task. First time I installed that Cocky Mountain grip handleset I thought it was goofy.
@MattRisinger is that you?
How do I stop capillary action at the door corners? Water works its way up the side of the jamb and wicks up the weatherstrip and corner pad whenever it rains. The corner pad and weatherstrip are constantly saturated with water. I need to squeeze the water out daily after a rain or else the stile of the door is continuously damp.
Do you have a video on how to do this? Thanks for sharing.
Seems like that moving piece would get jammed up with dirt pretty quickly from foot traffic.
Just received mine to replace the one on my exterior door. Do I also need to order a sill pan to go with it?
Mine failed. First, top deadbolt broke while extended so door couldn't be opened. Clever locksmith was able to get it to back out and get door open. Few weeks later, bottom deadbolt does same thing and locksmith has to cut thru bolt with a multi-tool. Calls to Trilennium about warranty were never returned (Thanks Kevin: I appreciate your razor-sharp commitment to good customer service). Bought new Trilennium from Better Doors (great, quick service). Easy to re-install since the whole lockset is basically a cartridge. Working now, no thanks to Trilennium.
Hi Frank. I am so sorry to hear that you had an issue getting in touch with our customer service team. We are committed to helping our customers and this incident does not reflect that commitment. I'm glad that you were able to connect with our retail partner, BetterDoor.com and that they were able to help you. Please email me at [email protected], as I would like to better understand your customer service experience so we can avoid the same issue happening in the future. Thank you for the feedback and apologies again for your troubles.
"Kevin" is who the operator sent me to all three times. Kevin never answers the phone and never returns calls. I have since thrown the lock in the trash but in hindsight, it should have been under warranty and that was probably the main reason I needed to talk to a real person from the manufacturer. BetterDoor was an excellent company to deal with; Endura was not. Also, please be aware that as a volunteer at a gym-based community center, I regularly repair and replace Von Duprin/Schlage Locknetics commercial lock systems and am not your typical home consumer. Von Duprin/Schlage has never treated me like that and has in fact gone out their way to be be resourceful and helpful.
